MULTI CORE PVC CABLES
Multi Core PVC CablesBhartia Industries Limited, one of the largest manufacturers of LV electrical and electronics control in India offer single and multi core PVC insulated flexible cables in flat and round configuration.
The individual conductors are made from electrolytic copper drawn, bright annealed and bunched in geometrical formation to ensure flexibility and uniform insulation. Conductors are insulated with specially formulated PVC in various colours, laid geometrically and sheathed with special grade of PVC. Special formulation of PVC ensures long and trouble free service even in critical site conditions.
All BCH cables are made with the best material inputs and manufactured with ”on line measurement and monitoring” of various parameters including dielectric strength thereby ensuring a flawless, reliable and consistent product with repeatability.
Insulating and sheathing compound are specially formulated to give non glossy surface for enhanced life of polymer and prevent o o brittleness for suitability from -15 C to 70 C. Use of colour pigment only on skin* improves the Insulation Resistance value and
hence renders healthy insulation and enhanced life. The manufacturing process and equipment ensures enhanced conductivity of the conductor and stress-free insulation.
Single core unsheathed cable - Range 0.5 to 150 sq mm.From 0.5 to 50 sq mm - as per IS 694:1990. Other sizes generally conforming to the IS.
Multicore sheathed cable - 2 to 6 coresIn 2-5 cores, sizes 0.5 to 4.0 sq mm - as per IS 694:1990Rest generally conforming to the IS.
Higher cores available on request upto 30 cores.
These cables are supplied with sequential meter marking along related details.Due to continuous in-house improvements, all specifications are subject to change without notice.
