Perfection is an illusion and is unattainable although the world creates a false image that traps us all to strive for that which eventually destroys us.

What are we striving towards? Is it God’s will, or are we trying to conform to an unrealistic world view?

Some of us by now have either long forgotten our New Year’s resolution, whilst others have fully committed to change. The truth is that, “will-power” alone will not usher in the change we may desperately seek. We are created to embrace a spiritually empowered life and when connected to our source Jesus, He will bring forth transformation.

The enemy’s deception will always be void of God’s truth which is found in His word. When we view ourselves through the lens of God, we embrace the beauty of why we were created and only then can we truly enjoy the freedom of our uniqueness.

John 3:30 “He must become greater; I must become less.”

We need to understand that on our own we are limited, however, we need to learn to rely on Jesus who enables us to be limitless.

Many times we may feel unqualified and inadequate, but God is calling us forth to arise and take our rightful place as His ambassadors.

A surrendered life unto God is a purpose driven life. We can only achieve this if we create awareness of His constant presence which leads and directs our true self toward success. There is much greatness that awaits us. We need to focus our energy on enjoying every moment of this journey because when we rest in Him our fullest potential is unleashed.

We need to be cautious that we never restrict our purpose and dreams to a narrow-minded box which has been influenced by negativity. We may not achieve success at the first attempt, but I have learnt never to forsake small beginnings. We need to navigate through failure because failure was designed to be used as a place that grows us and not a place where we permanently reside. Failure should always give us momentum to move forward to rely and trust in God for our success.

Ephesians 3:20 “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.”He is sufficient. He is more than enough. He is willing and able to do more than you could ever ask or imagine. He is at work in you and you are unstoppable.
