one holder of the water allocation account that has been authorised by all holders (or the company that is the holder) of the allocation account to act on their behalf

If you are an authorised representative submitting a bid on behalf of the holder(s), you must submit with the Bid Form adequate documentation to evidence your authorisation.

Evidence of authority should be provided with each bid, irrespective of whether it has been provided previously (copies are okay). Evidence of authority can be uploaded in the ‘Declaration and submission’ section of this application.

If you submit a Bid Form as an authorised representative and do not include adequate documentation to evidence the identities of the allocation account holders or the authorisation, we may elect not to consider the bid any further. This could include a Letter of Authority signed by all account holders, a power of attorney, or a form of written authority which is acceptable to the relevant trade approval authority.
