Once the Parameters are Set, You’ll Be Able to Invite Participants to Your Auction. You’ll Also Be Able to Use the BidTron™ Vendor Network to Find

Additional Sellers to Invite, Which Can Greatly Increase Bidding Competition.




You’ll Be Able to Preview Your Auction Invite and Make Any Necessary Edits to the Email or Auction Itself Before Sending.




After Invitations Are Sent, Your Auction Set-Up is Complete!




After An Auction is Initially Set-Up, You’ll Be Able to Access the BidTron™ Auction Rateboard and Make Any Edits You’d Like Before the Start of the Auction, Including Adding

and Removing Attachments, Changing the Date, Time & Duration of the Auction.




The BidTron™ Auction Rateboard Will List the Status of All Invited Bidders and Whether Their Invitation Has Been Accepted, Declined, or is Still Pending.




The Auction Runs in Real-Time, and Has a Built-In “Overtime” Mode: Any Winning Bid Submitted Within the Final Two Minutes of an Auction Will Reset the Clock Back to 00:02:00 (two minutes),

Meaning that Competing Bidders Will Always Have the Chance to Submit a Leading Bid of Their Own. This Mechanism Ensures the Lowest Buy-Prices and Highest Sell-Prices are Always Uncovered!




All Bids Are Tracked and Charted As They Come in Live During the Auction, and are Archived For Your Records Once the Auction Ends.




If You Choose to Award a Winning Bid, it is as Simple as Clicking on the Price and Confirming Bid Acceptance.




Once a bid is selected, the winning bidder will be notified via an automated email message. The other bidders will be notified that

Confidential. Only the Auction Host Sees the Name of Each Participating Bidder.




At the End of the Auction, the Participant Can Review the Bidding History and Will Be Notified Via Email of the Auction Host’s Selection
