Conference fee includes the conference proceedings, seminar pack, lunch, coffee/ tea

breaks and Drinks reception. The fee for non-members includes 3 months complimentary

membership of BIEE (October—December) to provide access to conference presenta-

tions and reports after the conference.

Students must be members of BIEE and in full-time study at undergraduate or post-

graduate level. Student places are available on a first come—first served basis.

Registration closes Sept 14th. VAT is not applicable.

Cancellations: If you are not able to attend, substitutions can be made at no extra charge up until the day before the event. Cancellations received before:

Before September 1st: Full Refund less 10% Admin Charge

Before September 7th: 50% Refund

From Sept 7th: No Refund is possible, but access to the conference proceedings will be available online after the event.

Refunds may take up to one month to process. Default currency is UK £ sterling.

Notification of cancellation should be made in writing by email to BIEE Conference Administration team at: conference@biee.org
