• Bill Taylor has been CEO of Construtora Veloso since July 2010 and has led this company in a Viable Vision process called: “Top Line to Bottom Line in One Year” by creating the first Total TOC Construction Company in Brazil. Bill is also principal partner of Taylors Of Curitiba, a TOC consulting company, and is currently Chairman Elect of TOCICO.
