Binary options (also called all-or-nothing options) are

based on a mechanism in which a trader has two

positions to decide i.e. if the value of an asset will go

up or down in a selected period of time? Depending

on trade outcome, the payout is a predetermined

percentage or nothing. Let’s explain it more clearly

with an example; if a trader anticipates that the value

of oil will appreciate in a given period of time, and he

is correct, then he gains profit. Anyway: if the value

of oil would drop, he is losing the investment. It does

not matter if the asset exceeds the original price, the

strike price, by $1 or $100: the payout is the same.

So, there are only two possible outcomes: win or

lose. Looks quite simple, don’t you think so? We can

make bets for aspecified amount of time. The

shortest ones are just 60 seconds long, allowing for

repeated trade and successes. Investors are able to

take advantage of both bull (upwards) and bear

(downwards) market trends. There is nothing simpler

than trading itself. You just need to create a broker’s

account (my recommendation is to use our partners

brokers services), open demo account (it’s the must

for testing every strategy) or make a deposit and playwith real money. Select the asset you wish to trade

(currency pairs, luxury goods etc.), the expiry time,

whether the value will go up (Call option) or down

(Put option), and then enter the amount you wish to

invest. Everything is now under your control! If the

timer reaches the agreed expiry time, the set payout

will be automatically added to your account or you

will lose your entire investment.

I recommend to play an options a minimum of 30 minutes to maximum of 1 hour watching

TF 5 min, but this strategy can be used every time on every interval for about 6-9 candles.

OverviewBinary options offer a way to trade stocks, commodities, indices and currency

pairs where your rate of return is FIXED. You just need to carefully pick whether

the value of the asset is going up (Call) or down (Put). Usually, these options

expire in 15-30 minutes.

BEST TIME FOR TRADING

Very important thing on the stock

is to know when to do the

trading. Of course, trading on

foreign exchange options, stock

options, commodity options and

index options is available 24 -

hours a day, from Monday to

Friday. But not every hour or

minute can give you a certain

profit. Sometimes there are more

volume and liquidity than others,

resulting in high volatility and

opportunities to maximize

trading.

Overlaps - the peak time An

overlap of the London/New York

and Asia/London sessions is time

when the stock is most active

during the day. The market

experiences the highest volume

of trades at these times.

At the overlap time when morethan one market is active,increased volatility can beexpected. It means that the pricevalues are moving around moreand in a clearer direction. Whenmore than one market is Duringoff-peak hours, there is littlevolume and less price movement,resulting in flat and directionlessmarkets.

Effects of timing

If you would like to be a succesful binary options

trader, you must correctly predict the trend of an

asset’s price direction.To maximize the possibilities

of return of your investment, volatility is essential.

My little reasearch gave me information that the

European session is the most active one. In the US,

trading activity picks up sharply around 8:30 am

EST. Why? Because of the release of closely ‘watchedby everyone’ US economic data, which is the main

factor generating the liquidity and volatility needed

for the underlying asset to reach its target price

before the option expires. When prices would be

most volatile? When the US releases its monthly non-

farm payrolls report. So, it’s usually on the first

Friday of every month. In contrast, markets will be

less active and liquid during major holidays in the US

and Europe, resulting in subdued trade.

Best days of the week

There are days that see more volatility and priceaction than others. According to my research,Tuesdays and Wednesdays are considered to be themost active trading days of the week. You can alsomake good trades on Fridays - it’s also a high-volatility trading time, in particular during the hourswhen European and US trading sessions overlap.But... Please note that the second half of the day canbe very unpredictable!

When trading binary options, you must always choose the timeframe from various

kinds (60 seconds up to 30 minutes) which fits you the most. Let’s have a quick look

at them.

What time-frame to use for the pattern recognition

In order to confirm a trend, lust quicklyat the candlestick chart. The one with a bigger

time frame you’ll use to decide your expiration time. The best thing you can do is to

use a time frame of at least 1 hour for chart pattern recognition. Short-term traders,

however, may choose to use 1-minute and 15-minute candlestick charts. The 1-

minute chart provides entry and exit signals while the 15-minute and hourly charts

are used to confirm the trend and support and resistance levels. If you trade binary

options with 15-minute or 30-minute expiry times, 1-hour and 4-hour candlestick

charts can be used to determine/confirm your view.

It’s a tool that can save you from this:

Certainly it is not the holy grail of Binary Options. If you think that it’sthe strategy

relief you are thinking and will put a million $$$ in your account, you are wrong.

There is no such thing as a wonderful and quick method to make money in this

business. The strategy gives you a 100% guarantee that you will earn something

using it, but only if you don’t say goodbye to the THINKING. Do not underestimate

the dangers of trading because success depends on your psyche, many hours of

observation charts and long tests - then we catch automatically when you can enter

the stock, and when you can’t. A trader is a sailor, which flows to the sea full of

lurking dangers. His only advantage over such a powerful element is a fact that he

comes in Favorable weather conditions, and when it’s dangerous he won’t take his

ass out of the house. Binary Options is basically a similar thing. Your compass is the

You must be a robot that holds firmly

the principles and objectives of the

strategy. Never try to “get revenge”. If

you've ever want to do it after losing

the option - hit your forehead with a

sledgehammer. After losing, the most

important thing is to take 15min to

master - exit from the stock. The

strategy does not provide 100%

efficiency, but with good

concentration, mastering emotions

varies from 70-95%, which enables

you to effectively earn. Accept lost

options because they are inscribed in

success - they cannot be avoided. The

best thing you can do to make a good

money management is invest only 5%

of your capital. For example, if you

have a $200 play for $ 10 and only

when you double to $ 400 you can

afford to play for $20. Never, ever put

all your money on one option. Even an

experienced sailor with a great

compass can sometimes get lost.

It tells you exactly when it’s better not to play. Do not select the currency pairs that

have 3 bull's head. The price might just go crazy. It’s better to wait at least an hour

before the event in case of such a situation and do not touch any rate, even those

that are not related to an economic event, and wait an hour after the event. In the

case of two heads as a similar situation, but in the case of 1, simply do not touch the

pair to which some message can be assigned, but often, they do not have much

impact on the currency.

Speeches of important people are marked with a megaphone. Usually speeches

have 2 or 3 bull's head and do the most damage on the chart. Just stay away, an

hour before and even 1,5h after.

To be succesful at binary options and to have a high return of ivestment value, the

correct money management is very important. Money Management rules help protect

our equity and also generates long-term profitability. Trading without sensible money

management rules is like playing Russian roulette. You never know when a bullet can

smash your skull and you will lose your deposit. Just a few words about that

important thing? Yes... It's all up to you which way you decide to follow. I can give

you some guidance, but the trading is your own thing. No trading strategy will

produce optimum results unless sound money management rules are incorporated

and followed.

Never Risk More Than 2% per Trade

One of the cardinal and most desecrated rules of trading is that traders can lose a

substantial amount of their account equity in one single trade by taking too much

risk. You should carefully watch every option. In the stock, things can change rapidly.

So, you can not be 100% certain. You will find hundreds of stories about traders who

lose years of profits on a single trade that goes terribly wrong. This is the chief reason

the 2% stop-loss rule should not be violated. Never risk more than 2% of youravailable equity on a single trade. So for example if you account equity is $1000

never risk more then $20 or trade option with value less than $20. Not too much

ROI? Please, do not forget, you are playing with your own earned money. I know

everyone wants the highest profit without too much fatigue and, of course in the

shortest period of time. Most traders believe frequent trading means more profit;

overtrading means too many trades at a time, thus increasing your exposure to the

market.

Adding To A Loser

Most of the time, traders increase their position size and keep on adding to them if

the trade goes against them. This is a martingale technique in which traders

desperately hope that a reversal will occur and their losses will convert to profit.

However doing so increases the exposure while the trade goes in loss. In such

scenarios a smart trader will typically close the position and head toward a next trade.

But don't give up! Every next trade you will get stronger with the new level of

experience!

Carefully fill in all of the data boxes and uncheck if you do not want to receiveadvertisements via e-mail. It will be only a brief description about how to use the programme when trading

binary options. You won’t need much more information for now, because it’s a very

complex tool. Many options are designed for experienced forex traders and we would

focus on the binary options. Once again I remind you that MetaTrader4 is designed

for convenient live reading charts, planning strategies and positions open physically

in the browser after logging in to your chosen broker.

At the beginning we see the main window by default customized platforms:

MetaTrader4 allows you to customize windows to your preference. To do this, left

click and hold on the card, for example, "Charts", and drag it to anywhere on the

screen.

Full Screen - To enlarge or reduce the window click twice on the upper belt selected

window. All changes will be saved in the preferences options used at your next login.

Market window - presents the current prices of financial instruments available at

trading platform. and also enables rapid conclusion of the transaction. We won’t need

it for binary options, so we can turn them off for greater transparency in the chart.

Navigator - it enables quick and convenient access to many useful MetaTrader

platform tools. It can be activated by selecting "Navigator" from the "View" menu, or

via the CTRL + N. Often it's easiest to apply indicators on the chart. Just activate an

interesting indicator using the right mouse button and move it to the chart without

releasing the button.

Navigator contents:

Accounts includes currently available accounts - demo and real

Indicators list of indicators. Double-clicking will add a pointer to the

currently active chart.

Expert Advisors list of strategies that will do transactions automatically.

This chapter will help you to understand where templates and indicators must be

installed to work with my system. In this place, we can also look for the default

content, installed with programme itself.

Attention! After a few changes in MetaTrader4, the indicators must be installed in

another directory than it was before. It depends on the OS we are

using. In addition to this, every user accont in MT4 has its own

directory

The strategy uses only a few essential indicators, so before we get into

specifics, I recommend you read separately about each of them:

Indicator 1:

Mathematically determines the important PIVOT points for the currency. It often

happens that price does not want to exceed some levels, then it can be helpful as

points of support and resistance.

Indicator 2:

Indicator 2 is a channel of the price at which the price fluctuates. Central line sets

the direction of the channel and has the function of providing for the future directionof the channel.

Indicator 3:

This yellow dot acts as a stopwatch for further movement of price;

rapidly senses a slight resistance, but very short, so the price can

continue to pursue its course.

Indicator 4:

In a square we have the current price of the currency, and the

square turns red when we have a minimum drop (even up to

1pip) and green at the minimum growth. It has only a

decoration function, but also makes it easier to view price

changes in version TICK.

Indicator 5:

It is located under the currency. Never play when options are up

or when the pointer is screaming… SELL "and never play option

down when the pointer screams …BUY". Same ratio serves us only

as additional confirmation.

Indicator 6:

As in the case of the yellow dots, it senses resistance using the

red bars, and support through the turquoise column. However, it

only captures a stronger desire to change prices.

Indicator 7:

Determines the purchase and overtaking, touching pink

resistance, and gets an even stronger signal if thisresistance is broken. The signal shows us when price is

overbought or oversold.

Indicator 8:

Follow the movement, acts as a volume. The green growing

bars are the increase of intensity of the upward trend, but if

they fall into a fairly strong level, you can expect a price

reversal. In the case of red, it is the same dependency.

Indicator 9:

Unique indicator, ahead of the

market (see the screenshot above),which is very important, it does not

foresee power, decrease and

increase in prices, but only move.

Therefore it in itself is misleading

and a dangerous tool, but in this

strategy it works great as an

additional filter.

Indicator 10:

Counts down the time to close the candle; It is the basis of any

strategy, so we could not miss it here. As we know, the

indicators are based on the interval of time that we have turned

on in our Meta Trader 4. Therefore it is very important to wait

until the closing of the candle with the right signal, playing a

new one. Usually when you get a signal, wait until it is 10

seconds to close the candle, then you can open a position.

As you can see, the strategy has as many as 10 indicators,however, they are selected and optimized that the graph looks

simple and very clear. So let's move on.

The arrow indicates the point of entry, while V shows the end point of entry. Enter

for about 30 minutes for 6 candles. 30min is the minimum input, and one hour is the

maximum (do not set options over 1h). The main objective of the strategy is the

formation of a candle on a black field channel, inflammation of the yellow dot and the

confirmation of one of the following indicators. Their rules of operation were described

in the few pages above.

We don’t need to wait for the perfect opportunity, but such

entries are the most desirable. For this entry I put $ 300, but I

would not recommend to you to imitate (O’m just a madass

badass but stability and solid money management, which I

mentioned in the section about emotions are the most

important). Remember that even such entry does not have a

100% chance of winning, because there is no such thing on the

unpredictable market (see page 2 of the metaphor of the

compass, sailor and dangerous ocean).

When signal appears, it’s well worth to check (if we play on TF 5 min) the 15-minutesor 30-minutes charts for greater certainty of success. This is a price action’s element

in which we look on the level of price, does it reacted in the past, for example it

bounces off the price (support and resistance) or this point was broke by a big candle.

It means that level of the price was very important, so it’s really likely that price

would go in “our” direction. Mastered analysis of the signal can even give us the

100% certainty of our success.

As we can see on the screenshot above, signal appeared on TF 5 min (marked by thickyellow line). Everything looks promising, candle on the black box appeared, dot showedup, we have a confirmation in a filters below but to be more sure let’s look on the TF 15min chart.

On the TF 15 min chart we could see that the yellow line shows us an important level

for the price. In the red circle are marked the big candles breaking down the level and

in the red square are the candles which are floating over this point and does not want

to get past it .

If all requirements are made, - congratulations, you just found the 100% situation! Ofcourse, to earn you don’t necessary need to seek for positions like this, because it doesn’thappen very often.

It’s based on a similar idea as Binary Hero System so it would be described briefly in

here. First of all, it has been optimized for observation TF1min and playing 5min

expiry time.

We can see the perfect bet on the screenshot above. The heart of this strategy is still

a dot and confirmation, but also bet with the strength of the trend on a higher interval

time. Price from the lower interval always respects the higher, So we play in this

strategy toward Stochastic MTF with a 15min interval time. If the blue line of

stochastic is above the red line, then we have an upward trend. To ideal position

themselves we use the principles of Binary Hero System, which is a black box

channel, inflammation of a dot and confirmation overbought or oversold below.

Additionally, the system has been enhanced with daily pivot levels, which are simply

important points of refund of the price calculated all day, and the levels of last support

and resistance with different time intervals. An additional filter, which replaced the

volume of the CCI, OBV, MFI is famous Binary Extreme. The combination of these

lines at one point on the black box channel + Inflammation of the dot is a pretty

hefty price reversal signal. However, it must remember the direction of the trend ofhigher interval and price levels - support / resistance.
