The Bingay Main Asset is located in the southeast corner of B.C., in the East Kootenay portion of the Rocky Mountain coal field, covering 11.57 sq. km. The Asset is adjacent to Teck Coal’s Fording River Operation, which produces 8 million tonnes of coking coal annually, and is located within the “Coal Enhanced Resource Development Zone” incorporated into the south Rocky Mountain Land Use Plan.

Road :Existing major forest service roadway in place, standard upgrading to be completed during project construction

Project located at high productive coal field surrounded by 5 Teck coal fields with well equipped infrastructure
