William J. Walsh, PhD, is president of the non-profit Walsh Research Institute near Chicago and directs physician and practitioner training programs
internationally including in Australia, England, Ireland, Norway and USA. By 2015, he has trained more than 160
Australian doctors.
An internationally recognised expert on biochemical imbalances, Dr. Walsh has devoted nearly 40 years to researching the biochemistry behind behaviour, learning and memory, mental health and various disease conditions. He developed science-based, advanced nutrient therapies that have helped thousands of patients challenged by Behavioural Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, ADHD, Autism, and Alzheimer’s disease, and are used by doctors throughout the world.
Dr. Walsh’s approach recognises that nutrient imbalances can alter brain levels of key neurotransmitters, disrupt gene expression of proteins and enzymes, and cripple the body’s protection against environmental toxins. Dr. Walsh has authored more than 200 scientific articles and reports and has five patents. He has presented his experimental research at the American Psychiatric Association, the U.S. Senate, the National Institute of Mental Health, and has been a speaker at 30 international conferences. His early work included a twelve year collaboration with the renowned (late) Carl C. Pfeiffer, MD, PhD of Princeton, NJ (USA).

Prior to the consultation, patients are screened for the presence of biochemical imbalances with a comprehensive medical history, physical examination and laboratory analysis of special blood, urine and hair analysis tests. Tests must be done at least 4 weeks prior to your Outreach consultation.
Note: the cost of tests is not included in the Patient Assessment Fee.
Based on the findings, an expert assessment is conducted at the consultation and an individualised nutrient program is prescribed to correct the person’s biochemical imbalances.
Note: It is a condition of the assessment that clients agree to allow doctors who are training at the Outreach to be present during the consultation.

Dr. Elizabeth Mumper is President and CEO of Advocates for Children and Advocates for Families and Founder of The Rimland Center.
Dr. Mumper graduated magna cum laude from Bridgewater College and attended the Medical College of Virginia, did residency training at the University of Massachusetts and University of Virginia where she served as Chief Resident of
Paediatrics at UVA.
Dr. Mumper has published several research papers related to Autism in the peer reviewed medical literature, she has chapters on allergy, immunology and behavioural and developmental paediatrics published in “Paediatrics” a board review series book
for medical students.

Dr. Mary Megson is a developmental pediatrician in private practice in Richmond, Virginia. She is a Board certified pediatrician. She was director of Developmental Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital in Richmond for nine years. Her current private practice is devoted to diagnosing and treating developmentally delayed children, specializing in autism, learning disabilities, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy and Mental Retardation.
Dr. Megson treats children based on their personal genetic biochemical profile. Her research area is use of vitamin A and Bethanechol in treatment of Autistic Spectrum Disorders. Dr. Megson is on the clinical faculty in the Department of Family Practice at the Medical College of Virginia. She has had thirty
