Service scope
ECHA provides a remote connection to MSCAs/ MNIs to the Agency’s information systems to perform their duties in the context of REACH, CLP and the Biocidal Products regulations
ECHA is committed to providing support to the MSCA user administrators and the end-users in the most efficient way

Eligibility criteria for the support service
• MSCA/MNI has successfully completed the initial set up service and thereby the security requirements are fulfilled
• ECHA received official nominations for the user administrators
• A list of end-users is provided to ECHA by the user administrators

To initiate any service requests, MSCA user administrators and MSCA end-users must fill-in the ‘MSCA REACH-IT and IUCLID form’
