covering &astern 'imal(as the eastern himal(as from a distinct region which

comprise *epal+ %hutan !i##im and states of northern India)

,lants of &ndemic !pecies- of India.s /5000 plant species+100 endemics are found

in a 1000 s3 #ms+ /250 plant species are endemic while in *epal+ 500 species are

believed to be endemic4
