In the city of Gotham, there doesn’t seem to be anyone happier than Batman. And that’s because the superhero loves his job of routinely dispatching the

city’s various villains. Deep down, however, Batman, a.k.a. ultra rich Bruce Wayne, has commitment issues in every aspect of his life.

He refers to work alone and won’t even give the Joker, Batman’s number one enemy, the satisfaction of thinking there’s an adversarial relationship between them.

Things change, however, when Commissioner Gordon resigns and is replaced by his adult daughter, Barbara Gordon. Bruce is so blindsided by her beauty that, in a moment of being distracted, he agrees to adopt orphan

Dick Grayson, but isn’t happy to hear that she wants their police operations to rely less on the Caped Crusader and more on her new plan of fighting crime.

It’s not long before he and Gotham’s regular villains are joined by an array of famous villains: King Kong, Sauron and Voldemort, among many others. From that point on, Batman must allow others to help him battle those villains and save Gotham from ruin.

Cast: Will Arnett, Michael Cera, Zach Galifianakis, Ralph Fiennes, Rosario Dawson.

A ragtag group of rebels plot to steal the Death Star’s blueprints in this “Star Wars” spin-off.

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away (and before the events of the very first “Star Wars” film), Jyn Erso is a young woman with a checkered criminal past. While being transported along with a few other prisoners, she’s extracted by Rebel Alliance intelligence officer Captain Cassian Andor and his reprogrammed imperial droid, K-2SO. The rebels believe that Jyn can lead them to Galen, a figure Captain Andor has been ordered to assassinate in order to thwart the Death Star plans.

When it’s learned that Galen purposefully built a hidden flaw into the Death Star, Jyn, Captain Andor and the others set out to steal the weapon’s plans so that the rebel alliance can figure out how to destroy it.

Cast: Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Mads Mikkelsen, Ben Mendelsohn, Forest Whitaker.

LMVa guest Policies for concert daysdon’t Leave home Without it: Your Membership card, that is...Once again LMV staff is preparing a host of summer activities for LMV members to enjoy. Don’t forget your membership card when you plan to visit the Lake. It doesn’t matter if it is your first visit in a long time or you are a familiar face at the front gates, your LMVA membership picture ID badge is required to gain entrance. Not only does this special card allow you access into the facilities and at the boat rental station; it also serves as your free ticket to seven great concert events on the schedule this season. Concert lottery attendees must present a valid membership card in order to take part in the lottery. LMVA’s picture ID badge references both the property as well as the individual through a barcode system and is issued to all members eight years and older. All members are required to show their membership badges when entering the facilities. If you arrive at the Gate without it, you will be turned away. A member who has lost or misplaced his/her badge but has other identification proving residency (i.e. Driver’s License) can purchase a temporary pass for $10 at the Gate. This pass is good for seven days and can be exchanged for a new badge (if your old one is lost) at the Membership Office. If you know the whereabouts of your original badge, bring it back to the Membership Office within seven days to obtain a refund of the price of the temporary pass. Most members have been very cooperative this year as we have encouraged staff to be diligent in checking membership identification at the gates. Make sure you always have your membership badge readily available when approaching the friendly staff at the LMVA Gates or within the park facilities. The Board of Directors and Management would like to thank members for their efforts to help make LMV a safe and secure environment.
