During those few days of the coordination meeting, the three organizations had the opportunity to work and

coordinate their future activities, which are set in the project. There were identified and defined the dates for the visit

of the two international exhibitions, which will include delegations from the three countries. The first fair is in

Dobrich, Bulgaria – which is focused on the modern European agriculture and it will be held during the last week of

August. The second important point was organising the visit of the second fair which will be held the last week of

September 2012 in Kavala, Greece. Its name is Kavala-EXPO and it is dedicated to the business partnership of

producers and traders in the Black Sea and Balkan regions. The project team paid a lot of attention to the

documentation associated with the preparation of tendering procedures and financial reporting and accounting

documents. There was discussed the content of any activity to come, to make sure that the organizations will

implemente it in the most useful way for target groups.

The coordination meeting of the project team provoked great interest among the local media and it was covered by

several newspapers, radio and television. For the partners of Georgia, the coordination meeting on the project was

their first opportunity to visit Bulgaria and Yambol. This is their first meeting face to face with the two other
