unrivalled panoramic views across the salt marshes to Blakeney Point.

The Blakeney Hotel is a traditional, privately owned hotel which has built an

outstanding reputation over many years for high standards of hospitality and

service. The hotel exudes warmth and comfort, making it an ideal hideaway for

a relaxing break.The coastal location makes it well situated for visiting many of

Norfolk’s attractions.

The hotel has 60 individually decorated rooms. Many have wonderful views over the estuary andsalt marshes or south facing gardens; others have balconies with panoramic views or terracesleading on to the gardens. Depending on your requirements, choose between the more spaciousrooms for families requiring extra beds or cots, single rooms, interconnecting rooms or groundfloor rooms which are particularly suitable for guests that enjoy holidaying with their dogs. Allrooms have direct dial telephones, digital television,WiFi, beverage making facilities, hair dryers andbathrobes.The hotel has its own car park.

The hotel’s restaurant, bar and terraceall have stunning panoramic views overthe estuary. The menus change dailyand use fresh, seasonal, locally sourcedproduce wherever possible. Lightlunches, sandwiches, seasonal à la carteand daily changing menus are availablefor residents and non residents. Inrecognition of the quality of the foodthe hotel has been awarded an AArosette for five consecutive years.The hotel has a wide and variedselection of wines from around theworld to complement our menus alongwith a range of cocktails, draught beersand lagers.

Relax

The hotel has two comfortable, spacious sitting rooms. The upstairs sitting room has one of the bestviews along the North Norfolk coast. It is a great vantage point from which to observe the wildlifeand the dramatic ever changing Norfolk skyline. The downstairs sitting room has an open log fireand is a perfect place to sit and relax and have homemade afternoon tea after a brisk walk.The hotel has a stylish leisure area. The heated swimming pool has its own changing rooms andoverlooks the sun terrace and our well maintained south facing gardens.There is also a steam room,sauna, spa bath and an air-conditioned mini gym.

There are many walks along the Norfolk Coast Path over sandy beaches, salt marshes and cliffs.Places to visit include the halls at Blickling, Felbrigg, Holkham, Houghton and the royal residenceat Sandringham, as well as many historic Norfolk churches and charming villages. The towns ofHolt, Aylsham, King’s Lynn and Norwich are full of history and interest. There are many leisurepursuits to enjoy including: sailing, fishing, bird watching, kayaking, crabbing,mud sliding, cycling,tennis and golf and the ever popular boat trips to see the seals at Blakeney Point. Enjoy thevariety of beaches along this beautiful coastline including those atWells and Holkham.The Blakeney Hotel is the ideal place to relax, unwind and savour the unique flavours of the NorthNorfolk coast.
