• Their habitat is getting destroyed
• Humans run them over because they are so small
• People put roads through their habitats and the turtles walk in the road and get run over

• They are trying to save their habitats but they still die from humans
• Still have roads running right through their habitats
• Trying to get them to safer places

• They don’t produce hatchlings until they are 14-20 years old
• They live in around Massachusetts• They need a wide open space so that
they can walk around freely without getting killed
• They eat:– Cray fish– Frogs– Earthworms– Snails– Vegetation– berries
• Even if you try to preserve their habitats, nut they still have roads going through their habitats, they still can’t survive
• Use appears to vary according to the individual and amount of precipitation, more upload utilization during dry years
MY OPINION ABOUT THE BLANDING’S TURTLE
I think the Blanding’s turtle is fun and interesting to learn about because sometimes you never know what animal is being endangered or had become extinct.
