! We at Silva Martial Arts believe deeply in giving back to our local community. Last year, we partnered with Washington Open in Santa Clara to raise over $500 for their educational programs! We achieved this by hosting a dodgeball fundraiser for the school. We would like to extend this program to help fund education in Bracher Elementary! Please know that this program comes at no cost to your school. There is no upfront cost, and 100% of the money raised will be donated to Bracher Elementary!! We believe that safety, and good values are of vital importance to the success of school fundraisers. That is why we will volunteer the time of head instructors, and black belts to help facilitate this event. Our rules demonstrated on page 3 will give you an idea about the atmosphere we will maintain during the fundraiser.! In the next few pages, you will see examples of the forms we used to make this fundraiser possible last year. These are, of course, flexible ideas. I am here to help you make edits to the forms, and will partner with the parent organization of your school to customize the dodgeball fundraiser to your schools’ needs. Pages 2 and 3 are our take home packet for students, and page 4 shows a screenshot of the excel spreadsheet we used to keep track of student sign ups.! We did learn a lot from the last fundraiser, which means I may be able to advise you on strategies that will earn even more money for your programs! I can also supply references from Washington Open Elementary upon request, and will be happy to do so.! I hope you agree with me that this is a great way to raise money for our students! Dodgeball Rules:

If you are hit with a ball, you are out.You are NOT out if you are hit in the head.If you catch a ball, the person who threw the ball is
