The Powermatrix 106 CSB blanking and die-cutting machine was specially designed for the industrial packag-ing producer.

Be it packaging for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, sanitary products, cigarettes or foodstuff: thanks to its high degree of flexibility, the Powermatrix 106 CSB offers plenty of leeway, and thus satisfies just about every need in terms of operation and wide range of materials.

Company structures that work with many small job runs every day, benefit from the simple operation of the machine and the short changeover times. The short changeover times are primarily a result of intelligent solu-tions integrated in the individual machine stations.

Operations with long job runs primarily benefit from the automatic non-stop operation of the Powermatrix 106 CSB, an logistics solution at feeder and delivery, as well as its reliable and high-precision working method. Apart from the register system for the gripper, the MasterSet is another feature that adds to guaranteeing die-cutting pre-cision. The new MasterSet is an optical, no-contact sheet alignment system.

The Powermatrix 106 CSB has been thoroughly tested, and meets the stringent safety standards of the German profes-sional association ETEM (Energie Textil Elektro Mediener-zeugnisse). As a result, it bears the GS mark.
