In 2002 I felt there was an opportunity to create a search and selection firm within the real estate and finance industries which was entirely devoted to building long term relationships with its clients. Many recruitment agencies talk about fostering relationships with their clients, but very few actually deliver this.

A different approach...

Blayze Group was set up in 2002 in order to fill a gap in the

market for a relationship orientated search and selection

consultancy within the real estate and finance industry.

Our growth is a direct result of our continued ability to grow our client

relationships by helping them gain a competitive advantage through

consultative and bespoke talent acquisition services.

The real estate industry is a highly competitive sector where every

single employee can have a huge impact on a business’s profitability.

Today, the retention of high quality staff is as important as the initial

sourcing of talent.

Therefore our truly consultative approach, where we understand our

client’s and candidate’s short and long term objectives, has proved to

be a highly successful way of providing the highest quality and

retainable talent. We consistently enable our clients to dramatically

improve their attrition rates. For example when we began working

with one client their attrition rates were 70% but after 5 years of a

close working relationship these rates have reduced to 20%.

Our ability to understand our clients’ businesses and translate their

requirements into an effective search and selection programme

largely comes down to our experience. Many of the Blayze Group

team have at least 8 years experience in the real estate sector,

something which is highly unique for our industry.

Today, Blayze Group is the preeminent search and selection firm

within the real estate and finance sector. We will continue to grow

and strengthen our client’s businesses and by doing this, we will

continue to grow our business in line with their needs.
