Adatta principalmente per l’aspirazione deigas di scarico, dei fumi di saldatura o fumidi altra natura.Su di essa possono essere montati :• Arrotolatori scorrevoli a molla omotorizzati a traslazione manuale oelettrica,• Carrelli scorrevoli a traslazione manualeo elettrica, con tubi flessibili,• Bracci aspiranti autoportanti e snodati atraslazione e rotazione manuale o elettrica.Grazie agli elementi scorrevoli è possibileaspirare i gas ed i fumi direttamente dallesorgenti inquinanti e coprire una vasta areadi lavoro senza avere il vincolo di postazionifisse o di ingombranti tubazioni aggiuntive.IMPIEGHI: La canalina ha riportato unnotevole successo nelle officine perriparazioni autocarri, in cui è richiesta lamobilità del flessibile da applicare allamarmitta di scarico dei veicoli perl’aspirazione dei relativi gas, al fine dievitare contaminazioni ambientali.L’installazione del braccio sull’elementoscorrevole consente invece l’aspirazionedei fumi prodotti durante operazioni di

saldatura oppure l’evacuazione di ariapolverosa dall’ambiente.Numerose applicazioni sono state effettuatepresso i reparti di saldatura in cuiinteressava saldare strutture metalliche diuna certa lunghezza, spostando di volta involta il braccio direttamente sui punti in cuiveniva eseguita la saldatura stessa.CARATTERISTICHE: Eseguita in robustiprofili di alluminio, la canalina presenta unasezione variabile a seconda delle portated’aria desiderate (BLIND 190 e BLIND240). L’intaglio sulla parte inferiore consentela mobilità longitudinale del punto diaspirazione.La depressione creata nella canalinadall’elettroaspiratore è mantenuta graziealla presenza di due labbra di gommafissate in prossimità dell’intaglio inferioreche consentono quindi la tenuta su tuttala linea. Un robusto sistema di rotaie internealla canalina consente lo scorrimento deglielementi mobili dotati di ruote di nylon.MODULARITÁ: La canalina viene fornitain spezzoni di lunghezza standard di 2,3,4,6m., flangiati ai lati, per cui può esserecomposta modularmente nella lunghezzades idera ta (sono così poss ib i l ipotenziamenti successivi dell’impianto).In tale canalina possono essere ovviamenteintrodotti più elementi mobili aspiranti.INSTALLAZIONE: Il sistema può essereinstallato, sia a parete che a soffitto,mediante staffe da imbullonare o saldarealle strutture preesistenti e che nello stessotempo rinforzano trasversalmente ognisingolo elemento di canalina.L’aspiratore viene collegato tramitetubazioni ad un apposito raccordo di unionee, ove necessario, vengono inseriti tappidi chiusura alle estremità della canalina.

be connected to the vehicle exhaust pipes.Installation of an arm on the sliding elementenables the extraction of fumes producedduring welding operations or the evacuationof dusty air.Many applications have been made inwelding bays where it was necessary toweld metal structures of a certain lenght;each time the arm was pulled directly ontothe point where the welding was actuallycarried out.FEATURES: Made in robust aluminiumsections, the extraction rail has a variablecross-section depending on the desired airflow rate (BLIND 190 and BLIND 240).The slit on the bottom allows longitudinalmovement of the extracting point.The vacuum produced by the exhauster iskept thanks to the presence of two rubberlips fixed in proximity of the slit and thusmaking the extraction system airtight.The sliding element runs on nylon wheelsalong a robust rail system inside theextraction channel.MODULAR COMPOSITION: The extractionrail is supplied in standard lenghts of 2,3,4,6m., flanged on both sides, which can bethen assembled to reach the desired length(thus the system can be later extended).Several aspirating sliding elements can beobviously inserted in the extraction rail.INSTALLATION: The extraction rail can beinstalled on either the wall or to the ceilingby means of brackets to be bolted or weldedto a preexisting structure and which, at thesame time, reiforce transversally eachsingle element of the extraction rail.The exhauster is connected by pipes to aspecial outlet flange, and, where necessary,closing flanges will be inserted to the edgesof the extraction rail.

Abgase direkt vonden Verunreinigungsquellen in einemgroßen Arbeitsbereich abzusaugen, ohnedie Notwendigkeit von stationären Stellenoder platzraubenden, zusätzlichenRohrleitungen.ANWENDUNGEN: Der Einsatz desSaugschl i tzkanals ist besonderserfolgreich in LKW Reparaturwerkstätten.Die Beweglichkeit des am Auspuff zubefestigenden Schlauches ermöglicht dasdirekte Absaugen der Abgase undverhindert dadurch die Verunreinigung derArbeitsplätze (mit Abgasen).Durch die Befestigung des selbsttragendenAbsaug-Gelenkarmes am Absaugwagenist es möglich, Schweißrauch bzw.staubhaltige Luft abzusaugen. Der Schlitz auf der Unterseite des Kanalsermöglicht die Längsverschiebung desAbsaugpunktes. Der im Kanal durch denVentilator erzeugte Unterdruck wird durchdie beiden Gummidichtlippen erhalten,die längs des Schlitzes befestigt sind unddie das gesamte System fast luftdichtabschließen.
