An adjacent 253,000 s.f., nine story medical office building accommodates outpatient services and support the health care professionals next door. The hospital and medical office, respectively LEED and LEED-Silver certified, is connected by a pedestrian tunnel below ground, and has 376,000 s.f. of underground parking space.
Also located in the proximity of 1530–1540 Bush Street is St. Francis Memorial Hospital, located at 900 Hyde Street. This is an accredited, not-for-profit community hospital that has been operating in San Francisco since the early twentieth century. Saint Francis Memorial is a member of the Dignity Health network. This prestigious center houses 323 beds. Across the street from this center is the Medical office building located at 1199 Bush Street.
