I have written “Blogger Blog For Beginners” to help all those who don’t know how to

start a blog and want to create their own blog. I included the very basic steps of creating a

blog. I provided everything in step by step. It’s very easy to create a blog. You will be

able to create your own blog within just half and hour. Just follow my steps. There is not

more content. Only few step. So, I didn’t include any table of contents.

Creating Your First Blog

Step1: Type http://blogger.com in browser's address bar. You will get a screen as below:

Step2: Sign in with your Google account. To use blogger you need a Google account.

Step3: Once you sign in the following screen will appear:

1. Give a display name. It will be displayed as the author of post. Put your name or

anything you want to be displayed. Post refers to content you will publish in your

blog.

2. Accept Terms of Service

Step4: Once you clicked continue you will get following screen:

This step is very important for your Blog. I am giving details step by step.

1. Choose Blog Title wisely. Your Blog title should match your Blog content.

2. The next thing is Blog Address (URL). Through this address other people can see

your Blog in the web. It will be the unique address in the web. URL stands for

Uniform Resource Locator.

3. Click continue.

In this example I kept Blog Title as Photoshop Tutorial For Beginners. I am going to

publish a Blog that will help beginners to learn Photoshop. My Blog URL is

http://PhotoShopTutorialPlanet.blogspot.com (This is an example. I created just to show you)

Step5: In this step you have to select a template for your Blog. After clicking continue

you will see the following screen:

1. Choose any template from the available templates. You can choose any

template as you like.

2. Click continue.

Step6: After completing step 5 you will get the following screen;

1. Click on Start Blogging.

Step7: Once you click Start Blogging, following screen will appear. In this step you are

going to create your first post.

Now be ready with your content and go to Step8 and follow the steps.

Step8: Fill as shown below with your content.

1. Give a Title to your post.

2. In this area you can put your content.

3. Put labels for the post. It should be related to your content.

4. Click on Publish Post button.

Attention: Don’t publish uncompleted post. Go for publishing once you have finished

your post fully. Published post will be shown in the web. If you want to publish later

then you can save the post by clicking Save Now button. Later when you complete the

post you can publish it.

Step 9: You will get the following screen once you clicked the Publish Now button.

Now at this moment your blog is ready with the first post. You can view your blog in

two ways. If you click the View Blog link it will open your blog in the same window and

clicking on (in a new window) link blog will open in a new window.

1. Click on (in a new window). You will see your blog as follows:

Wow! Your Blog is ready now. To post another post simply click Create New Post

and publish it. Continue as many as you like.

These are the very basic steps to create a Blogger Blog. There are so many thing that you
