A what?
A diary that happens to be online. The term "weblog" was coined by Jorn Barger on 17 December 1997. The shorter version, "blog," was coined by Peter Merholz, who, in April or May of 1999, broke the word weblog into the phrase "we blog" in the sidebar of his weblog
It is not very easy to search. You can read it from start to finish, but you can’t easily zoom into what you want accurately.
