A week or so before the big event, the residents of the Chagrin Valley anticipate the arrival of the Blossom Time Program for all the sched-ules, events, pictures, contests, and information. The Chagrin Valley Jaycees are proud to produce this 64-page publication--in full color! The program is distributed to 20,000 households in the Chagrin Valley.
