ESTIMATING
BUDGET PROPOSAL:
In the current construction market, project costs must be calculated as accurately as possible andthe client must be able to know exactly how and where his and her money is spent.As part of the Value Engineering process , our change management team will consult with theclient and perform feasibility studies that include cost benefit and needs analysis reportspertaining specifically to the company requirements.
QUANTITY SURVEYING AND ESTIMATING:
By keeping service costs to a minimum, we supply a full inclusive Quantity Surveying Serviceat a fraction of the standard professional fees. As part of the Budget Summary Report, we willmake available on request a detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQ) comprising of all Scope of Worksthat will be performed to complete the project.
PROJECT PLANNING:
On completion of the Design and Budgetary phases, we will submit a detailed Project Gantt Chartthat will forecast the entire project from the initial design and procurement phases until projectclosure. This will allow us to track the status of all the project tasks, deadlines and milestones.
