Welcome to Blue Print Realty Ltd (BPR) and our Corporate Brochure for 2009.
BPR is a private Property Consultancy based in London. Established in 2007, BPR
began in virtual property development, and has since expanded into consulting for
clients who wish to make purchases and renovations to properties abroad. We have
access to the London property market and have recently added New York and Kazan(Russia) to our operational areas.
Thank you for your time and we to hope to share with you our passion for superior
design.

Jonathan has extensive experience in a range of multicultural and internationalenvironments including Croatia, France, Ghana, Germany, Russia, Slovenia, Spain,
Togo, UK, USA, and Zimbabwe. He is a prolific entrepreneur with comprehensive business knowledge in the areas of sales, finance, administration, design, information
technology and innovation. Jonathan combines business strategy with his creative
flair to produce tailored results.
Jonathan was awarded Entrepreneur of Year at The Man At The Top Awards hosted
by Esquire Magazine (3rd
of November 2008).
Mark Alexander: Managing Director, UpRoar Design
Mark is a Second Life Architect and Web 2.0 Specialist. He has spent time working
on pervasive messaging technologies at IBM and was selected to join their team at the
Wimbledon Tennis Championships. Mark’s work with virtual reality at IBM was
short listed for the Computing Awards for Excellence 2007.

BPR will work along aide your existing agent or architect regarding property
purchases and design plans. We can also offer a full service solution, where we
provide all the required services (local agents, architects, help in obtaining planning permission, lawyers, etc) in house to meet your specifications. We have a numerous
of links and contacts in our operational areas and we can provide local knowledge notusually afford to broader consultancies.
Interior Design
BPR designs and offers recommendations for all types of renovations. We provide
accurate graphical representations of our work and employ “out of the box” thinking
regarding sourcing and materials.
3D Design
We are able to create stunning 3D visualizations of your ideal interior.
Virtual Properties
BPR creates virtual properties in Second Life. Any type of design or brief can be
