BLUE CUTBLUE CUT machines are three phases cutting equipment. Plasma Arc Cutting is a processwhich severs metal by melting a localized area with the heat of a constricted are removes the molten material within a high velocity jet of hot, ionized gas issuing from the orifice. In compari-son with the oxyacetylene cutting process is much quicker, besides, the thermal alterations ofthe metal along the cut edges are smoother. So it is used to cut aluminium and its alloys, stain-less steel, copper, brass. Besides, it is supplied with an exclusive device for cutting on grilled orperforate plate, keeping cutting continuous without having to reset the torch button.

HYPER CUT The three-phase HYPER CUT generator, developed on the lastest evolution of thyristor technology, guarantees reliability and safety in all job conditions. Thanks to the electronic con-trol of the cutting current it is always possible to set up the most correct parameters, so as toassume elevated characteristics of cut in the various applications. The Hyper Cut allows to usetorches of various power, changing automatically the current scale in order to adapt itself to theemployed torch. HF Ignition and automatic turning off when the cutting arc is stabilized. Up slo-pe adjustment, control panel with automatic indicator for the correct tip diameter to use in func-tion of the torch and the cut current pre-adjusted.

On request, this unit can be equipped with a flow switch that controlthe flow of the cooling liquid when combined with an electronic card.
