participants:
1. Considerable diversity in personalities is unavoidable and can contribute to or hinder the performance of individuals, teams and organizations.
2. The more we know about our personal preferences, the better able we are to utilize these to advance our leadership and interpersonal
effectiveness.
3. Our non-preferred dimensions often present excellent sources of personal development.4. We all have potential blind spots and personal
biases which can be uncovered through dialogue with others with significantly different personalities.

Bluepoint’s Leadership Assessments serve to document feedback, knowledge, skills, attitudes, and beliefs – the core
component of these assessments is a series of 30-40 behaviors that are closely associated with leadership success. All
of this is very valuable information when considering how to develop the perspectives, competencies and approaches
that will increase the effectiveness of leaders at your organization.
A S S E S S M E N T S
The Leadership Feedback Report
Provides you with invaluable feedback on your current performance as a leader and advice on the most significant
changes you can make to increase your effectiveness in the future. This report contains detailed, summary and
comparative information on how others perceive you as a leader. The core component of this assessment is a series
of 40 behaviors that are closely associated with leadership success.
The Leadership Essentials Inventory
This report contains detailed, summary and comparative information on how others perceive the leader in question.
The major component of this assessment is a series of 40 key behaviors that are closely associated with leadership
success. Essentially, those selected as observers will indicate how frequently they see the leader engaging in these
behaviors. They will also provide commentary on how the leader has positively influenced them and others, as well
as how the leader can increase their leadership effectiveness in the future.
The Leadership Emotional Intelligence Assessment
Created to provide leaders with anonymous, confidential feedback on their interpersonal effectiveness, leadership
impact and development opportunities. Leadership emotional intelligence is the primary determinant of a leader’s
ability to effectively influence others. It involves recognizing one’s own emotions in a wide variety of interpersonal
circumstances, responding to these emotions in ways that vitalize one’s leadership, understanding and relating to
the emotions of others, and being a positive, energizing force within the organization.

UNLEASHED! THE LEADER AS COACHImagine for a moment that you are the kind of person who insists
on seeing the greatness in others, challenges them to live up
to their own high standards, and holds them accountable for
outstanding performance every day of their work life. You have just
seen yourself as a coach! Today’s fastest growing human resource
development process is coaching. Why? Simply because it works.
In this thought-provoking book, Gregg Thompson, President of
Bluepoint Leadership Development argues that leaders need to
step up to a new role in order to win the war for talent... a war that
can be fought and won within organizations.
Leaders today need to be constantly
learning and developing in their roles as
team leaders, visionaries, and strategic
thinkers. This is the key to organizational
growth.
How do leaders do this? They do this
by continually empowering themselves
with impactful leadership resources
that will give them tools to serve their
organizations in deep and profound ways.

“In my 36-year career with American Airlines, US Airways and now, the new American, there are a couple of projects that stand out as the pinnacles of my career. Going for Great: Airport Leadership Program is one of them. What started with a simple text from my boss asking me to be the executive sponsor concluded with a ground-breaking, best–in–class leadership experience. We partnered with the Bluepoint Leadership Development team who helped us create the 3 day program that provided our front line leaders with simple and practical leadership tools. The Bluepoint team was one of the best vendor partners I have ever worked with in terms of quality of content and design, classroom delivery, follow-up support and all aspects of customer service. They demonstrated a true desire to develop leaders who will help inspire their teams to restore American to Greatness.”
BOB CIMINELLI, VICE PRESIDENT, AIRPORT INTEGRATION, AMERICAN AIRLINES
“I am amazed that no one has brought the distinction between advice and coaching to our attention before. To begin with, I just didn’t get that coaching was not about giving advice. I am not sure that everyone else in the room did either. The conversations that followed unlocked the misconceptions that I had. It was a brilliant day and I learned loads. Thank you.”
“In advance, I was very critical regarding this course. Afterwards, I have to say that this course was really fantastic and that I have learned a lot!! Thank You.”
“It was a terrific session. I am sure it has immense value to the organization. The whole idea of the Leader As Coach is new and refreshing.”
