BM SeriesSTANDARD FEATURES
1. Coils are constructed of copper tube-aluminum fin material.2. Blower wheels are belt drive DWDI forward curved and factory balanced.3. Permanently lubricated ball bearing blowers.4. Standard ETL Approved motors have overload protection.5. All motor pulleys are variable pitch single groove.6. Blower pulleys are tapered hub type.7. Cabinets are fully insulated with 3/4” – 1.5# fiberglass insulation.8. Standard filters are 2” throwaway with access on both sides of cabinet.9. Coil connections are located on the right side of cabinet looking at the filters, with drain located
on coil connection side only.10. All units stocked with thermal expansion valve mounted.11. Cabinets are fabricated of heavy gauge galvanealed steel, specially coated inside and out with
Magic Aire beige baked powder enamel coating before assembly.12. Fan discharge arrangements are achieved by field repositioning of access panels.13. Stocked Optional Accessories:

General purpose heating coils are not recommended for duty where entering air is less than 40 degrees. If used in an air unit andleaving air temperature exceeds 1300 F, contact the factory for proper motor information and sizing.
When correction factors are used for various entering air and entering water temperatures, multiply the correction factor times theabove listed capacity. The correction factors may be used with all Magic Aire published 1800 E.W.T. heating capacities.

• Cabinets shall be fabricated of LFQ (min) steel. Externalparts are to be made with a polyurethane based powdercoated A60 galvanealed, while internal parts are to be builtfrom G90 galvanized steel. Units shall pass 500 hour saltspray test as described in ASTM B-117.
• Coils are to be tested at 500 PSI for operation at 400 PSIguage. All water coils have air vents.
• Fan wheel bearings shall be self aligning, sealedcartridge, permanently lubricated ball bearings thatprovide dependable fan operation for an average life of200,000 hours (belt drive only)
• Variable pitch motor sheaves.
