a. Resolution -The New Brunswick Board of Education approves two (2) Memorandums of Understanding between Big Brothers Big Sisters Program of Monmouth & Middlesex Counties and New Brunswick Board of Education to provide students with educational mentorship experiences during the 2020-2021 SY, at a total cost not to exceed $20,000.

b. Resolution- The New Brunswick Board of Education approves the Memorandum of Understanding between Middlesex County College and New Brunswick Public Schools for the High School Scholars (HSS) Program for students to earn college credits while in High School for the 2020-2021 SY.

c. Resolution -The New Brunswick Board of Education hereby approves the revision and adoption of the Policies and Regulations be presented and adopted on the first reading (see attached).

d. Resolution- The New Brunswick Board of Education hereby approves the new P­TECH Workplace (Grade 1 0) curriculum for use during the 2020-2021 SY.

e. Resolution- The New Brunswick Board of Education hereby approves the participation in the 2020-2021 Liberty Science Center PNC Grant program for Pre-K classes, at no cost to the district.

f. Resolution -The New Brunswick Board of Education hereby approves the 2020-2021 Metropolitan Opera HD Live in Schools Program to provide students with a comprehensive education that includes high-level experiences in all of the art forms, at no cost to the district.

g. Resolution- The New Brunswick Board of Education hereby approves the Theatre at the Core Ensemble residencies provided by George Street Playhouse during the 2020-2021 SY, at a cost not to exceed $155,000.

h. Resolution- The New Brunswick Board of Education hereby approves the attached Revised Curricula for use during the 2020-2021 SY.

i. Resolution -The New Brunswick Board of Education hereby accepts the donation of classroom supplies from Be the Change, at an approximate value of $300.00 in order to support students in need at Livingston Elementary School.

j. Resolution- The New Brunswick Board of Education hereby approves the partnership between Columbia Artist!Teachers (CA!T) and Livingston Elementary School to provide fifth graders a virtual enrichment course which will focus on both reading and producing creative writing for the 2020-2021 SY, at no cost to the district.

k. Resolution -The New Brunswick Board of Education hereby approves the Memorandum of Understanding between Central Jersey Family Health Consortium (CJFHC) and New Brunswick Middle School to implement the Teen Outreach Program (TOP) from September 1, 2020- June 24, 2021 , at no cost to the district.

I. Resolution -The New Brunswick Board of Education authorizes the approval of the GoFundMe page (Reason for the Season) from Jennifer Olawski for the students at Paul Robeson Community School for the Arts.

m. Resolution- The New Brunswick Board of Education approves the purchase of supplies for the engineering classes from Project Lead the Way for the 2020-2021 SY, at a cost not to exceed $21,946.50.

n. Resolution- The New Brunswick Board of Education hereby approves the Memorandum of Understanding between New Brunswick Public Schools and Middlesex County College to offer courses to NBHSTHS students as part of the High School Scholars Program during the 2020-2021 SY.

o. Resolution- The New Brunswick Board of Education hereby authorizes permission to apply for funds for the Literacy Grant application for the Bilinguai/ESL/World Language Department for the 2020-2021 SY.

p. Resolution- The New Brunswick Board of Education hereby approves the purchase of Google Enterprise User Licenses from Amplified IT, LLC., for the 2020-2021 SY, at a cost not to exceed $50,000.

q. Resolution- The New Brunswick Board of Education approves the renewal of the Annual Maintenance Agreement with Realtime Information Technology for the 2020-2021 SY, at a cost not to exceed $10,000.

r. Resolution - The New Brunswick Board of Education hereby approves the additional Out-of-District tuitions for the 2020-2021 SY.

s. Resolution -The New Brunswick Board of Education authorizes entering into an agreement with The Data Group Central, LLC. , to provide functional assessment and ABA services for the 2020-2021 SY, at a cost not to exceed $80,000.

t. Resolution- The New Brunswick Board of Education authorizes the Medical Access Group, Inc., dba A Caring Connection to provide nursing services at the attached listed rates, for the 2020-2021 SY, at a cost not to exceed $100,000.

u. Resolution- The New Brunswick Board of Education authorizes entering into an agreement with Maxim Healthcare Services to provide nursing services for special education children, for the 2020-2021 SY, at a cost not to exceed $100,000.

v. Resolution -The New Brunswick Board of Education authorizes entering into an agreement with Steven Dychman, MD, LLC., to provide Psychiatric Evaluations during the 2020-2021 SY, at a cost not to exceed $6,600.

w. Resolution- The New Brunswick Board of Education hereby accepts the Greater Middlesex Conference (GMC) Officials' Fee Scale for the 2020-2021 SY.

x. Resolution -The New Brunswick Board of Education hereby approves Agile Sports Technologies, Inc., dba Hudi for the 2020-2021 SY, at a cost not to exceed $7,899.

y. Resolution- The New Brunswick Board of Education authorizes entering into an agreement with Epic Health Services/A Loving Care dba Aveanna to provide nursing services as per the IEP/Medical needs of students for the 2020-2021 SY, at the attached listed hourly rates, at a cost not to exceed $60,000.

z. Resolution -The New Brunswick Board of Education hereby approves Carrier Corporation for the HVAC systems services for the 2020-2021 SY, at a cost not to exceed $70,000.

aa. Resolution- The New Brunswick Board of Education hereby approves the services of Cifelli & Son General Construction, Inc., for the 2020-2021 SY, at a cost not to exceed $172,300.

ab. Resolution -The New Brunswick Board of Education and the New Brunswick Education Association (NBEA) hereby approves the attached Sidebar Addendum to the 2019-2022 NBEA Contract.

ac. Resolution- The New Brunswick Board of Education hereby approves the agreement with Educational Based Services (EBS) to provide related services to cover students' needs for the 2020-2021 SY, at a cost not to exceed $985,000.

ad. Resolution- The New Brunswick Board of Education hereby approves Computer Design & Integration USAC E-Rate proposal for Palo Alto Firewall appliances and installation, for the 2020-2021 SY, at a cost not to exceed $9,645.42.

ae. Resolution -The New Brunswick Board of Education hereby approves Alpine Consulting , Inc., dba Accuscan to provide scanning for classification files for the 2020-2021 SY, at a cost not to exceed $70,000.

St. Peter's Healthcare System WorkPlace Mentoring Program with NB High School &

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth & Middlesex Counties NB High School and Livingston School, School Based Mentoring Program

for SY 2020-2021

WHEREAS, the New Brunswick Board of Education wishes to continue the collaborative relationships which enhance students' educational experiences; and,

WHEREAS, the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program and St. Peter's Healthcare System will provide high school students with educational mentorship experiences; and,

WHEREAS, the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program will provide high school and elementary school students with educational mentorship experiences; and,

WHEREAS, the Articulation Agreements detailing the collaborative programs are herein attached with a term commencing on September 1, 2020 and ending on August 31 , 2021 .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the New Brunswick Board of Education approves the two (2) Memorandums of Understanding from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth & Middlesex Counties for a total cost not to exceed $20,000.00.

High School Scholars (HSS) Program

WHEREAS, the New Brunswick Board of Education supports and endorses opportunities for students to earn college credits while in High School; and,

WHEREAS, Middlesex County College is providing the opportunity for High School students to receive college credits, as part of the High School Scholars Program; and,

WHEREAS, the Memorandum of Understanding details the procedures, costs, and eligible courses for which dual credit will be available, and is attached hereto.

WHEREAS, the New Brunswick Board of Education is committed to providing students with a comprehensive education that includes high-level experiences in all of the art forms; and,

WHEREAS, the Board of Education approves the 2020-2021 Metropolitan Opera HD Live in Schools which will provide 3,000 licenses for students to gain access to the entire Met Opera on Demand catalog of performances, a collection of hundreds of world-class video and audio recordings from live performances at the Met. In addition, teachers will be provided with online teaching materials with cross-curricular activities. Three virtual professional developments will be held for teachers to attend during the school year 2020-2021.

WHEREAS, an Articulation Agreement detailing the partnership and the designated responsibilities is herein attached.

WHEREAS, the Memorandum of Understanding details the roles and responsibilities of both CJFHC and NBPS, and is attached hereto.

WHEREAS, Close Up has secured a grant from Johnson & Johnson that will cover 1 00% of the cost for one class/club from ten different High Schools throughout the country to participate in the upcoming Student Voices program; and,

WHEREAS, New Brunswick High School is the only High School from New Jersey selected to participate; and,

WHEREAS, Close Up instructors, students will meet, interact, and deliberate with a diverse group of peers from other parts of the country and will facilitate dialogue between students from different backgrounds and schools to build a cohesive online community.
