The COVID-19 Member Dues Appreciaon Program provides that 100% of all Club and Athlec Center dues paid by members from when the Club closed, March 18, 2020, unl the date the Club reopens, will be posted to the member’s account that can be used for Club charges in the future. The accumulated amount from all paid dues during the period the Club is closed will be totaled, prorated and available for use against Club usage charges in equal amounts every month aſter the Club reopens over a four-month period. These funds must be ulized within 120 days from the date the Club reopens. All reimbursements will be posted to the member account the billing cycle following when the usage charges are incurred. As an example, if total dues paid during the Club closure equals $600 (actual amount varies depending on dues category), the member will receive $150 posted to their account each month for four months once the Club reopens. We as members of this storied instuon have the responsibility to protect and preserve the economic viability and longevity of the Club. Revenue from member dues are crical to provide the funds to cover fixed and connuing operang costs during this unprecedented closure we are experiencing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In appreciaon for your ongoing dues commitment, the Board of Governors, working with the Finance and Membership Commiee chairs and management, has approved The COVID-19 Member Dues Appreciaon Program. This program is a smulus package to promote opmal dues revenue during the period of closure and demonstrate appreciaon to the membership. All members are also respecully reminded that in the event they do elect to resign their membership, readmission to The Fort Worth Club will require a new applicaon, Membership Commiee and Board approval, and payment of the iniaon fee in place at the me the applicaon is submied. The current iniaon fee is $1750 for members over the age of 40. As the leadership of The Fort Worth Club communicates on a daily basis to ensure that the Club complies with federal, state and local government guidelines and policies, we are united in an earnest desire to return to our normal personal and professional lives as soon as it is safe to do so.
