Foundation to begin planning process to support future margin of excellence funding priorities of Naval Academy.

Recommend Alumni Board Chairman and Alumni Board members consider standing up a Strategic Planning Committee effort in calendar 2010 to update USNA AA Plan 2010 and provide a strategic vision for the Alumni Assoc in light of the 2009 Alumni Survey results and updated USNA Strategic Plan.
