At our January meeting we will be filling positions on our standing
committees; Elections/Nominating, Grievance, Negotiating, Budget/
Finance, Sunshine, Newsletter, Liaison are the standing committees. We
would also like to establish a Membership and By-Laws/Constitution com-
mittees. You do not need to be on the Executive board to be a member of
these committees so if any of them sounds interesting please attend the Jan-
uary meeting. If you are unable to attend but would like to serve on a com-
mittee please contact a BSSA Board member and let them know which
committee you would be interested in. The committees do not require a lot
of time but they are very important to the Union and could use the input of
as many of our members as possible.
