• compact product with high level of technical and operating parameters. They are designed for lifting and moving loads on a monorail way. Mounted on a double-rail trolley they represent independent modules which are widely used in the modern crane construction.

• The construction of the electric hoist is realized without clutch, with a compact assembly gear box, which makes the product considerably reliable and easy for operating.

• The modifications of the electric hoist include a wide scale of variety, depending on the multiplicity of the reeving; stationary or traveling with a trolley; with normal or diminished building height; depending on the type of the suspension – solid or hinged and modification in consideration with the relative climatic conditions: normal, tropic and marine.

• The control of the electric hoist is realized through a relay-contactor system.

• The electric hoist are realized with thermo protection of the lifting electric motors and emergency “STOP” button on the control panel and load limiter.

On request of the customer the following realizations are possible to be made:

– with timer for counting the working hours;

– with supplying voltage different from 400 V (380 V) and frequency 60 Hz;

– with latchkey;

The voltage, which is used in the operating chain, is secure – 24 V (42 V) and it is obtained by a step-down transformer.

The commanding is realized by a pendant command switch which provides an electrical and mechanical blocking between the buttons for the different travel directions of the lifting and moving devices.

Operating conditions of the hoist:

– minimal temperature – -25 °Ñ (- 40 °Ñ);

– maximal temperature – +40 °Ñ;

– relative air humidity – 85% at temperature +25 °Ñ;

– in closed rooms or at open-air under a shed at normal fire hazard;

– altitude above sea level up to 1000 m;

– for normal, tropical and sea environment ;

– supplying voltage 400 V (380 V) and frequency 50 Hz;

– degree of protection:

Of the electric panel IP54; of the electric motor IP55; of the control panel IP56.

* The electric hoists with trolley can move on a monorail way, made from standard profiles with or without belt inclination in the form of the profile, according to DIN 1025, GOST 19425 and belt length gwen further.
