Admin accounts have access to all features the Web has to offer including payment information, registering new Staff Accounts, and the Setup Menu. Staff accounts are able to send messages, results sheets, and links directly to the InBody app

This is your LookinBody Web (LB Web) Home Page. From here you can access your Dashboard, Member Information, Test Results, Email, Print, Edit, Setup, and Payment Information

The Home Page allows you to filter the member(s) based on Name, ID, Age, Gender, InBody Test Date, Staff Assignment, Group, and Location

How to Test– Register New

To register a new member within your database from the Lookin’Body Website select Register New.



Input the required information. This includes Name, ID, Height, Gender, DOB, Age, and Mobile Number. Optional information includes Staff Assignment, Medical History, Group Assignment, Notes, Email Address, and Home Address



Which will then populate the member’s information

Once the member has completed an InBody test, their results will automatically save to your account



Member Selection – List All

To display all members registered to the Lookin’Body Web select List All

Search for members by Name, ID, or Mobile Number. You can also locate members using various filters

Note: You do not need to type in the full name or ID

Select the image with a pencil (Edit Member Info) to view and modify a member’s information

Within Member Info you can view and edit their personal information. To save changes, select OK. To delete a registered member, select Delete



From the Member Info page you are able to assign the member to certain staff, add their medical history, place them in groups they belong to, and list other information within their profile



Benefits of staff assignment include the ability for staff to communicate directly with their assigned members through use of the InBody app chat functionality. Group assignment would allow for easier filtering and classification from the Dashboard



Health Report – Accessing

InBody Test Results can be reached using the Health Report tab at the top or the Health Report icon next to “age”

Sections in the Health Report are able to be expanded/contracted by using the arrows next to their respective categories. Sections are also able to be hidden by deselecting them using the gear icon

You are able to view the member information as well as add various notes you may have regarding the individual. This includes images

Set target goals for your members based on their desired outcome by selecting Edit


Health Report – Body Comp. History

View the progression over time for an individual in the Body Composition History section. Recent will display the 14 newest results via data points while Total will display the trend over time for all results


Health Report – InBody Result Sheet

InBody Result Sheets allows for a side by side comparison of two results sheets for an individual. You are able to choose which sheet you would like to view by using the drop down arrow


Health Report – Explanation

The Explanation section details precautionary steps outlined by InBody as well as provides details relating to testing procedures, obesity risks, body typing, and weight loss retention. You can also add any links you find helpful for your members


Health Report – InBody Analysis

The InBody Analysis sections details the change over time for a single member. Each category is able to be expanded and for further analyzation


Health Report – Lifestyle Analysis

The Lifestyle Analysis relates to data transferred in from the InBody BAND and mobile app. Data collected includes sleep times, sleep rate, step count, calories burned, and more. Data manually entered into these platforms will be shown as well

You are able to filter by date as well as view member results compared to others within your database (Member Comparison) or to those of a similar age and gender (InBody Average)


Health Report – Body Physique

The Body Physique section can be used to upload images of members over time. Up to three images cam be uploaded per day. Staff members can then notate changes which need to be made. To add/delete images, press the “plus” and “pencil” icons

One benefit is being able to see InBody results and seeing the photos together. Additionally, uploaded images will be automatically be transmitted into the member’s InBody app

Please note that the Health Report page is able to be customized and you are able to choose what sections to focus on by selecting the gear icon and hiding that which you do not wish to view



Email – Selection

Select the members that need to be emailed within the Member List page and click Email *tip: you are able to filer by date

and email everyone in a given time period

Note the email address is entered prior to attempting to send an email. Be sure to fill in the Subject Line and Body of the email Note: when emailing multiple members at

the same time, they will each receive their own individual results

Select the members that need to be emailed within the Member List page and click Print *tip: you are able to filer by date

Select the InBody Result Sheet(s) you want to add to the print list. Default result sheet types can be made under Setup. *tip: you are able to filer by date

and print all records in a given time period

Select the InBody Result Sheet(s) you want to print from "Print List" then click Print. Only the data related to the member/ InBody device will be shown.

To print successfully you may need to enable popup notifications to display on your browser



Edit– Member Selection

Select the members that need to be modified within the Member List page and choose either Member Info or InBody Results

By selecting Member Info within the Edit tab, you will be able to mass edit member information (ie DOB, mobile number, groups, address, and email address)

From this particular screen, you will be able to add or remove member’s into their respective groups

By selecting the InBody Results in edit, you will be able to modify test time, date, and user ID.

Select the Test Date and Time field to make the necessary changes. To change user ID, double click the User ID field and enter the appropriate ID in. Please note the ID must first exist within the database.



Setup– General Settings

Select Setup to open the setup menu. The following pages will show you how to fully customize your Lookin’Body Web experience by changing General Settings, InBody Test Settings, Lookin’Body Data Management, and Account Management Settings


Setup – Country/ Language/ Units/ Date Format/ Password

Select the preferred Unit and Date Format type. You may also choose to set a Setup and Master password to enhance security

Select Yes to enable a password on the Setup button. The password must be within 4-14 alphanumeric characters

Setup –Text/SMS Messages

Choose whether or not a text message will be sent after and InBody Test. Please note that if the member already has the InBody App, no text message will be sent, but they will still be able to view the results in the mobile app


Setup –Result Sheets Custom Logo

Select Result Sheets Custom Logo to add or change the logo that will print on the top right hand corner of the InBody results sheet



This area of the screen allow you to change the custom logo if more than one InBody unit is connected to the Lookin’Body Web account



To add the image logo from your InBody machine select Load Logo from InBody. Loading a logo from the InBody requires you to have a logo already uploaded to the machine. Should you need assistance with uploading a logo contact InBody Support



You are also able to select a text based logo which will appear on the upper right corner of the InBody Results Sheet


Setup – Email Options

Select Email Options to change these settings. By default the Web application will use InBody’s email server



Select Custom Account to use a separate email account. Enter the Host, Email Address, Name (that you would like to appear), Password (of the email used), Port and Secure Connection (whether your email server is using SSL or not)

Auto-lock is a feature to assist with locking down the application after a certain amount of inactivity from the site. You are able to set the amount of time as well as a password

Select Outputs / Interpretations for Results Sheet in order to edit the type of outputs you want on the right side of the InBody results sheet you print or email



Note the amount of free space you have available below the sample sheet. Occasionally, the InBody is able to output more data than there is space on a single page



Please note that outputs can vary from model to model. The outputs selected will display similar to the above image



The Body Composition History Health Report is not limited on free space and all options may be selected

To restore InBody defaults select Restore InBody Default


Setup – Reference Range

Select Reference Range to change the reference ranges used during the InBody Test. You may expand, contract or shift entirely

Select InBody Band Data Display to decide whether or not to display data from your InBody Band in the Web application

Select Export Data as Excel to view the all data within a given time period in an excel format

Setup – Import Group Registration Data as Excel

Select Import Group Registration Data as Excel to download the template file. You will be able to add member information in mass using the downloaded sheet



Add the member information you wish to add into your database. Please note that this is member information only and not actual test results



After adding the member information, choose Select file and import the edited worksheet


Setup – Data Importation

Insert your thumb drive into the back of the InBody machine and navigate to number 7 of the Administrator Menu (Export Data as Excel)



Either select all or those only in your specified date range to obtain a copy of the “newcommondb.LIB” file which is stored on the InBody folder on the thumb drive



Select Data Importation in order to manually import saved data from the InBody


Setup – Temporary Data

Select Temporary Data to view temporarily saved test results. From here, you are able to save these results in Lookin’Body by adding in the necessary information

Select Import Data from Previous Lookin’Body to pull the data from your Lookin’Body 120 program



Dashboard – Main Screen

Select Dashboard in order to pull statistical information for members of your InBody database



Adjust the time frame in which you would like to pull the information from by clicking Period and changing the calendar dates



By default the report will pull the Total Tested Members, Total Tests, Age Split, and Time Split. The latter two are able to be filtered by gender

To obtain different reports select Add

Select which reports you would like to view and select Done. Please note that in order to remove selected reports click Add once more


Dashboard – Rank List

Some reports such as Highest InBody Unit Testing allow you to click on the category for a list of the top ten performers which can be viewed from the Rank List



Payment– Main Screen

To view payment information and history select the Payment tab. In order to update payment information, select Update Account

Please enter all required information within the necessary fields in order to make your account active or to update the credit card on file

Choose between automatic monthly or annual payments and complete the primary user contact information requirements

New users can be added using the Add New User button. To delete any users or staff that is no longer employed with your facility, select Delete User. New InBody devices can also be added within this page

When adding a new user, their mobile number will be their new ID. Please make sure this information is accurate as users will need to verify their number upon first login. Select the correct model when adding and additional InBody unit

Hover over the silhouette of the person in the top right hand corner to see the possible Account Management changes


Account Management - Staff

The Staff Management section details the differences between the types of accounts



Select +Instructor/Staff registration to search for pre-registered employees to enlist them into your account. Search by their mobile number and add accordingly. Please note that the Staff registration process is needed prior to this step



You can search for the employee using their mobile ID. Once located you may click on the pencil icon to modify their roles or delete the account

The Device Management section details the different units that have been connected to your InBody account

Staff accounts have the ability to chat with members they have been assigned to, schedule appointments, and share resources by sending them to the InBody app using the icons shown above

Select the member to chat with and attach results sheets, images, or any documentation you want your member to view within their InBody app

Schedule appointments for members or for yourself. Easily adjust start/end times and notate that which needs to be focused on. Repeat the schedule if necessary
