SAVOR… is the exclusive in-house catering service for BOK Center. SAVOR… provides our suite holders with premier food and beverage selections for all events. All food is prepared on-site by our SAVOR... culinary team and our Executive Chef. The following is a guide to our policies and procedures for Premium Seating.

ADVANCE MENU ORDERINGTo ensure the highest level of presentation and service quality, we ask food and beverage orders be placed 4 business days prior to an event by noon. We accept pre-orders by phone or email. DAY OF EVENT ORDERINGIn the event an advance order is not placed within the requested time frame, the day-of menu will be available. A day of menu will be placed in your suite for your use. Food and beverages intended for consumption on the property must be purchased through SAVOR... Bringing any food or beverage into BOK Center is strictly prohibited. Although it is the responsibility of the suite holder to monitor alcohol consumption, BOK Center and SAVOR… personnel have the right to check for proper identification and refuse service to persons who have no proof of age or who appear intoxicated.

POLICIES &PROCEDURES (CONT.)PAYMENT PROCEDURESInformation provided upon placement of order determines the payment method for each suite. All suite hosts can receive a computer generated paper check at the conclusion of each event. An invoice may be emailed after the event by request. A valid credit card of VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS must be providedwith your order for it to be processed. When placing your order, please provide us with the name of the person(s) who have authority to place additional day-of orders and who have signing authority. For your convenience, a credit card number and list of authorized signers can be placed on file in our catering office and used to settle your bill for future events. If you do not have this form one may be provided to you upon request. We must receive an email verification that items can be added to card on file. You may also choose to have an automatic gratuity added to any bills that are charged to the credit card on file for your premium seating.

ADMINISTRATION FEEAll food and beverage items are subject to an 18% administrative fee. The administrative fee is not a tip or gratuity. Your suite attendant receives 6% of the administrative fee. The remaining 12% administrative fee is shared in the form of higher wages for all the premium service team members. It helps our company attract a better level of team members from set-up crew to clean-up crew and everyone in between. All of these team members are critical to making your experience here memorable. Gratuities are at the guest’s discretion and may be added to the guest check based on the quality of service received. Additional tips or gratuity is voluntary.SAVOR… will provide an invoice copy via email upon request.

CANCELLATION POLICYIf an event is cancelled for any reason, your order will be void and you will not be charged. We ask to be notified of all order cancellations one business day prior to an event so your order can be cancelled at no cost to you. If SAVOR… is not notified within one business day, you will be charged the full cost of your order.

POLICIES &PROCEDURES (CONT.)PRIVATE SUITE ATTENDANT/BARTENDERDuring an event, a suite attendant will be assigned to your suite with the responsibility to take your food and beverage orders and assist in maintaining your suite through the duration of the event. If you should desire a more personalized service for your guests, a private suite attendant or bartender is available. Requests for a private attendant or bartender must be made one week in advance. The services require an additional charge of $75 per event for a private suite attendant and $125 for a private bar and bartender (plus cost of beverages consumed).

SPECIAL CATERING REQUESTSSAVOR… would be delighted to assist you in planning any special functions in your suite. Please contact us should you desire to create a special menu or amenities such as flowers, decor or cakes available for your suite. Please allow at least 72 hours notice for special requests. Should you require food or beverage items not listed in our menu or have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please contact us at 918-894-4303.

DRINK RESPONSIBLYBOK Center, SMG, and SAVOR… are proud to promote both enjoyment and safety for our clients and their guests. SAVOR… has the exclusive right to the sale of all food and beverage service at BOK Center. Oklahoma State Law prohibits alcoholic beverages from entering or leaving the arena. Minors under the age of 21 are prohibited from consuming alcoholic beverages. Alcohol sales will cease at designated times and consumption will be allowed through the duration of the event.
