CHAPTER I Chapter I is an introductory to the professionalismin nursing. In this chapter the author wants to convey that the primordial function of the nurse is being a clinician. Forecasting tools and budget justifications are encouraged in being a nurse manager. Healthcare regulations are seen to be too restrictive. Organizations such as health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations. In th free enterprise system once cannot separate human motivation from the action of human beings. The economic system will always result of interface of resources. The economic system, even a free enterprise system, cannot be always be relied. The existence oof monopolies, the absence of full system information, the impact of insurance systems.
