BOOKING CONDITIONS

RhinogPark1. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any

booking at any time without disclosing a reason. In the eventof cancellation of any booking by the Company, you areentitled to a full refund of any monies paid.

2. Bookings will only be accepted by persons over 18 years of age.3. The deposit is a booking fee and is non-returnable. In the

event of cancellation by the customer we will endeavour tocarry forward your deposit for 12 months from the date ofcancellation. After that date, the deposit will be forfeited.Written proof of extenuating circumstances will beconsidered in any disputed refund.

4. The holiday must be paid for in full 28 days before the startof the holiday.

5. The Company reserves the right to terminate the visit of anyperson whose conduct is in breach of the bookingconditions, the Park Rules or is considered to be detrimentalto the Park or to the comfort of other customers.

6. The Company does not accept responsibility for anycustomer (including children) for any personal injury orinconvenience, loss or damage to persons or property. Youmust ensure that children under 12 years of age are properlysupervised at all times, especially in the play area.

7. Under no circumstances will the Company allow occupancyover the capacity of the lodge.

8. We are a pet-friendly Park, but ask that owners behaveresponsibly. Dogs are not permitted in the bedrooms or onthe seating of any lodge. Dogs must not be left unattended.Whilst on the Park, owners must keep dogs on a lead at alltimes and clean up any mess.

9. Keys to your lodge will be available at the office from 3.00p.m. on your arrival day. Please return keys to the office by10.00 a.m. on the day of your departure, when an inventorycheck will be made. Payment for any loss or damage topremises or contents must be made prior to departure. Acharge of £20 will be made for lost or non-returned keys.

10. Bed linen (sheets, duvets and pillowcases) is provided.Customers should bring their own towels.

11. No touring caravans, motorhomes, tents, trailers or boatsare allowed on the Park. No bicycles, inflated dinghies orother such objects are allowed inside your lodge.

12. You must agree to abide by the Park Rules, which can befound in the Lodge information folder.

Please remember these conditions are not intended to restrictyour enjoyment – if observed, they will ensure everybody’senjoyment.

Prices are for 7 nights from Saturday.

All weekly bookings include a welcome pack of tea, coffee, fresh milk andWelsh cakes.

Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases) is provided. Customersshould bring their own towels.

Electricity is provided by a slot meter which takes £1 and £2 coins.

Cots can be fitted into most of the lodges – please discuss yourrequirements when booking.

No smoking in lodges. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in 1, 5, 6, 14 and22 for a charge of £25 per week per dog.

Arrival from 3 p.m., departure by 10 a.m.

All prices include VAT at standard rate. A deposit of £50 is required at thetime of booking to secure your holiday.

LODGE 1 Single storey lodge with one double and one bunk bedroom.Patio area at back.

LODGE 5 Single storey lodge with one double, one bunk and one singlebedroom. Excellent, value for money accommodation andpopular with young families.

LODGE 6 As Lodge 5, but with two double and one single bedroom.LODGE 13 Two storey lodge with one double and one twin bedroom.

Enjoy westerly views of open farmland, sand dunes andsunsets from the patio.

LODGE 14 As Lodge 13. In a quiet location at the end of the park withviews towards Snowdon. Patio at back.

LODGE 22 Single storey lodge with one double, one bunk and one singlebedroom. Westerly views similar to Lodge 13.

All of our comfortable, well-equipped lodges are rated 3 Star by theWelsh Tourist Board.
