BookingsBooking applications must be signed and returned to Eastern Palliative Care ten (10) days before the date of the intended booking along with any requests for floor plans, access plans or IT instructions.

All functions are to be of a business nature. Hire for the purpose of individual private functions is not permitted.

All fees charged as per Schedule of Hire Fees.

Hirers accept all liability, insurance, applicable fees and general conditions of hire upon signing of Contract.

PAYMENTSFull payment as per Schedule of Fees is to be made at the time of the booking.

Our EPC Training and Meeting Rooms are perfect for hosting a variety of corporate, commercial and community events. Our rooms are suitable for your next conference, seminar, AGM, training session or business meeting. Rooms are available between 8:30am and 5p.m. Our training area is independently air conditioned and has dedicated bathroom facilities. All areas must be left clean and tidy at conclusion of hire.

IT FACILITIESTraining RoomOverhead projector, screen TV, Blu-ray, DVD, surround sound and lectern. Wireless microphone capability. Meeting Room Overhead projector and screen. Hirers are to provide their own laptop.An electronic whiteboard is available for use (Hirers are to provide their own whiteboard marker pens and eraser).

PARKINGStreet parking available.

You may arrange the room/s as required but they must be returned to original set-up at the conclusion the of hire period.
