Plant tissue culture system temporary immersion

Nourish and oxygenate plant cultures by intermittent immersion inmedium with the easy to use RITA® system. The 0.9L vessel holds cultureson a screen disc or in a basket. Low pressure, sterile filtered air is pumpedinto the chamber, forcing the liquid medium up and bathing the culture.The air flow oxygenates and agitates the medium. When the flow isturned off, pressure drops, and the medium returns to the bottom of thevessel. All components are autoclavable and reusable.Using a manifold and solenoid valves, one air pump can operate severalvessels automatically. Manifold, air pump, inlet and outlet filters are notincluded.

The RITA® temporary immersion system for in vitro plant culture ensuresimproved yields compared with culture on a gel medium.
