Motivation is the combination of desire, values, and beliefs that drives you to take action.

Motivational Audit
• Tis should take 10 minutes to complete• There are 9 sections• Look at each section of nine statements separately. – You have 20 points to allocate among all nine
statements to reflect what is true to you. You can give all 20 points to one statement or spread the 20 pints as you wish.
– You must allocate 20 points (no more, no less) in each section. Record your allocation of points in the boxes provided. Please use only whole numbers.
