REGISTRATION Due to obvious logistic constraints, the registration to the event is required 3 months ahead of the event. However and in order to facilitate the National Federation selection process, the following procedure has been set and will be included in the IFSC Rules:
1. BY JUNE 10TH: • Register ALL athletes who are participating to the World Youth Championships in their relevant
categories, as per the quota defined in the IFSC Rules. • No additional Athlete or Team Official can be registered after this deadline.
• In case the National selection process prevent you to know the selected Athletes a t that date,
please send to the IFSC Office the number of Athletes and Team Officials who are expected to participate to the event.
• The IFSC Office will block the slots and insert the Athletes' names when known

2. BY AUGUST 21ST (5 DAYS AHEAD OF EVENT):
• Send to the IFSC Office the Athletes' names corresponding to the blocked slots. • Any non-used slot will be cancelled.
3. BY THE TECHNICAL MEETING START (REFER SCHEDULE BELOW): • Registered competitors not confirmed as present will be deleted from the Official Starting List. • UPDATE 29 JUNE for Speed only
Athletes wishing to arrive later than the registration day (31 August) may give mandate to a registered Team Official of their country to give a copy of their passport to the registration desk. This will confirm their presence at the competition. Following this, athletes shall present their original (and valid) passport on 4 September for verification when arriving in the warming-up zone. Non presentation of their original (and valid) passport shall lead to their exclusion from the start list.
• Confirmation of attendance for delayed arrival: In case a team is not able to make the registration in time due to flight delays or other unpredictable reasons, please contact the IFSC Technical Delegate:
• Update 25 August : We inform that the registration desks will open on 27/08/15 from 10h00 to 16h00 Due to the large number of athletes we invite the team managers who are already in Arco to proceed to the registration as soon at the opening of the desks. This will help us to avoid waits and delays in the program.

Please take into consideration that August is a month of vacation, so send the request no later than June 30th. Please don’t forget to attach a scanned passport copy • How to get there: By Plane The nearest airports are Verona, Milano or Munich. From the airport you have to take a shuttle to the train station, then by train you can reach Rovereto and Arco. By Train For those travelling by TRAIN the nearest railway station is Rovereto (on the Verona/Innsbruck line) which is 20 km from Arco. A Trentino Trasporti bus service connects Rovereto to Torbole, Riva, and Arco. By car and by bus: If you wish to reach Arco by CAR the motorway A22 (Modena-Brennero) is the fastest way. The exit is “Rovereto- Sud – Lago di Garda nord" 17 km from Arco. To reach Arco by BUS there are direct connections from Trento & Rovereto (Atesina), from Verona (A.T.V. bus service);

The WYCH 2015 shuttle service will be available only for the teams which booked the accommodation by our official agency. The WYCH 2015 shuttle service will be available only for athletes and team officials for the days of competition (so please athletes which have not to compete use the public transport) Please take care that the WYCH 2015 shuttle service is not an "on demand" taxi, but they will run at a scheduled time.
