ELIGIBILITY: The Bowflex Dream Vacation Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal

residents of forty-seven states (47) of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia,

who are eighteen (18) years or older. You are required to sign up using the URL: http:// Bowflexcatalog.com/DreamVacation in order to be eligible to enter this Sweepstakes.

Residents of the state of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island are specifically excluded from this

Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or to win a prize in this Sweepstakes. Employees, and their

immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in their

same households, whether or not related, of (“Sponsor”) Nautilus, Inc. are not eligible to participate or to

win a prize in this drawing. Void where prohibited. Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state and

local laws.

HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. PT on 5/7/18 and ends on 6/30/18 at

11:59 p.m. PT (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sign up using the URL: http:// Bowflexcatalog.com/DreamVacation and you are automatically entered in Sweepstakes. YOU

DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN. No mechanically reproduced, illegible,

incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted.

SELECTION OF WINNER: Potential winner(s) will be determined from all eligible entries received.

There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner at the end of the Sweepstakes period. Winner will be chosen by

the Bowflex marketing team by random drawing after the termination of the Sweepstakes Period. Winner

will be notified by email or phone no later than 14 days after 6/30/18. Odds of winning depend upon the

number of eligible entries received. Prize will be awarded by Nautilus, Inc. (“Sponsor”) management.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. No

other substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize permitted. Sponsor is responsible only for prize

delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. All details not specified herein are the sole

discretion of the Sponsor. Prize will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or

implied by Sponsor. All federal, state or local taxes and fees or costs associated with acceptance or use of

the prize not specified herein, if any, are the sole responsibility of prize winner.

PRIZE AND ODDS:

GRAND PRIZE: (1): one (1) verified Grand Prize winner (“Winner”) will be eligible to receive: one (1)

of the following vacation packages:

Disney World: Includes (3) night (4) day, Air fare for up to (4) people, 4-day ticket with admission to (1)

park per day, (4) people (2 adults, 2 kids); single room occupancy at the Disney hotel; Disney Deluxe

Dining (Includes (3) meals per person, for ( 3) days, Quick service or table service; Dining experiences

offered at select table-service restaurants include: Character Dining – Meet one or more Disney

Keystone, Colorado: at Keystone Lodge & Spa by Keystone Resort. Includes (3) night stay in (2)

transportation from airport to lodge; 2-day lift tickets for up to (4); Ski equipment rental for up to (4)

Approximate retail value of each vacation package not to exceed $8,000USD.

Grand prize winner has up to one (1) year to book the vacation package. Vacation package includes

economy airfare (at least 30-day advance notice) provided by (“Sponsor”) Nautilus, Inc. for the winner

and up to three (3) guests from a major airport nearest Winner’s residence to major airport closest to the

vacation destination and economy airfare from major airport closest to vacation destination to major

airport closest to Winner’s residence. The Sponsor reserves the right to specify alternative airports at its

own discretion. Approximate value to be determined.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

VERIFICATION OF WINNER AND DELIVERY OF PRIZE: Potential winners will be required to

sign and return to Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, where permitted, a publicity

release within five (5) days of issuance. Prize may be forfeited and awarded to alternate winner if (i)

affidavit/release(s) is not completed and returned within the specified time period, (ii) winner is not in

compliance with these Official Rules, (iii) prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or (iv) three (3)

attempts to contact winner by email are unsuccessful. All entrants agree to use of name, likeness, and/or

prize information for advertising, trade and Sweepstakes purposes in any and all mediums now or

hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or

permission, to the extent permitted by law.

only to an address within the United States or DC. Winner will be solely responsible for all applicable

Federal, State, provincial and local taxes connected with receipt of prize, the use and enjoyment of

prize, or any other connection with this Sweepstakes unless otherwise required by law or unless this

requirement is waived by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner will receive IRS Form 1099 for

the ARV of prize. As a condition of accepting the prize, winners agree to furnish any requested

information needed for tax reporting. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants understand and

agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to abide to these Official Rules which are final and binding

and the decisions of Sponsor with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes, which are final and (b) to

accept the prize as awarded, with substitution, and to release and hold harmless “Sponsor” and “Prize

Provider”, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promoting agencies, any other

party associated with the development or administration of this Sweepstakes, Nautilus, Inc., and all of

their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released

Parties”) from and against any and all liability whatsoever, including without limitation legal claims,

costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or actions of any kind (including without limitation personal

injuries, death, damages, loss or destruction of property rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or

portrayal in a false light) in connection with this Sweepstakes or with the announcement, acceptance,

ownership, or use or misuse of prize (including but not limited to any travel related thereto) and/or use of

the Entry, or other errors in these terms and conditions. Released Parties are not responsible for loss,

damage, or claims resulting from the Sweepstakes, including incorrect or inaccurate entry information

whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized

in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the

entries. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program

malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are

human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant or winner who attempts

to tamper with any aspect of the Sweepstakes, or circumvent these Official Rules. Entrants may not enter

with multiple addresses nor may Entrants use any other device or artifice to register multiple times or as

multiple Entrants. Any Entrant who attempts to enter with multiple addresses under multiple identities or

uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits any prize won, in

Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention

in a manner, determined solely by Sponsor that is fair and equitable to Sweepstakes entrants. Sponsor

reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void, modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any

portion thereof) should fraud or any unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the

reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the

Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will award the prize from among all eligible, non-

suspect entries received prior to cancellation. Winner also agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and

hold harmless “Sponsor”, Nautilus, Inc. and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries,

retailers and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective directors, employees, officers, and

agents of the foregoing (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability, loss or damages

arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize including any

injury or harm resulting from use of the exercise equipment or participation in the Sweepstakes. Laws in

the Entrant’s country of residence may give Entrant the right to file claims before the courts of that

country and may provide that some laws of that country are also applicable to this Sweepstakes. However,

if any provision of the Official Rules or the application of any such provision to any person or

circumstance shall be declared to be invalid, unenforceable or void, such decision shall not have the effect

of invalidating or voiding the remainder of the Official Rules, it being the intent and agreement of the

parties that the Official Rules shall be deemed amended by modifying such provision to the extent

necessary to render it valid, legal and enforceable while preserving its intent or, if such modification is

not possible, by substituting therefore another provision that is valid, legal and enforceable so as to give

effect to Sponsor’s intent. If and to the extent that English law applies to this Sweepstakes, or to any

dispute arising in connection with this Sweepstakes, nothing in these Official Rules shall in any way limit

or exclude liability for or in connection with (a) fraud, or (b) death or personal injury caused by

negligence.
