The subject properties are zoned Commercial Exception (C5-19) according to Zoning By-law #84-63 for the Municipality of Clarington, as amended. Those lands zoned C5-16 may, in addition tothe uses listed below from Section 19.1 b. i) to xvii) and xix), be used subject to the followingregulations:
