A warm welcome back to everyone in the Bowraville Central School community – I look forward to another great term of collaboration and learning.

Term 4 of course commences with the Higher School Certificate. We wish all Year 12 2014 the very best as they commence this final phase of their formal education. Simply getting this far in their schooling is something to be proud of but we do look forward to each fine young man and woman concluding their final examination with the sense of achievement that only comes when there is a sense that every effort has been expended. I genuinely believe that the whole school community is proud of each and every one of you already, and we look forward to learning of your final results.

It was another proud moment for me last Saturday seeing the great effort and commitment so many of our students and staff displayed supporting Pro Ag at Macksville (10-11 Oct). A great deal of time and coordination was required to ensure the success of the school’s exhibit and ‘Farm Zoo’. Sincere thanks to Mrs Argent and the whole team.

Coming up, on the evening of Thursday 30th October, I look forward to meeting once again with our supportive P&C. As this meeting will coincide with the next School Social it will be another great opportunity for more parents to perhaps join us in collaborating to further improve our great school.

Have a great week.
