DESCRIPTION
Here is the report for the arrest today of Darwin Rivera Rosado for aggravated battery with a firearm and felon in possession of a firearm. Rosado shot Arnaldo Rivera in the lower leg this morning. Rivera was taken to Bethesda Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Rosado was taken to the Palm Beach County Jail.
