Where to Park• Use event parking located off-site at La Grange High School• NO off-site parking at Knights of Columbus Hall!• NO parking on Highway 77 or emergency lanes – Towing

• NO vehicular access to team tents after 10 am
• NO parking next to your Team Tents
• Access all day with a pass
• Each team with an official Marquee tent will receive 2 passes to park in designated area
• Vehicles 16 ft. or larger need to park in designated areas
• Vehicle access from FM 812
• Ice must be pre-ordered from Boy Scouts by April 25th
• Trash & Recycle• Use appropriate trash and recycle receptacles
• Clear liners for trash, green liners for recycling
• Ask for assistance for trash or recycling pick-up

Bike Compound at COTA Finish Line
• Consumption of alcohol only in team tent areas
• No consumption of alcohol on city streets or sidewalks
• No glass containers
• Fire extinguishers required for any on-site cooking
• No unapproved tents within event site
• No bikes near team tents
• No standing, walking or photography within the rider chute
• Cross rider chute only at pedestrian crossings
• No Open Grilling

COTA Finish Line Rules & Regulations
Bike Trucks
• Deliver bikes to Addicks, Rhodes, and Waller
1. Load bike onto bike truck when you arrive at COTA
2. Receive a Bike Retrieval Card provided by S&P Global Platts
• Bicycles will arrive at destination 4-5 hours from the time the bike was loaded onto the truck
Passenger Buses
• Destinations: Addicks, Rhodes, and Waller
• Depart continuously beginning at 1 pm.
• Last bus to depart Austin appr. 45 min. after last rider finishes
• Buses depart when full
Teams with Private Buses• MUST contact society staff to confirm logistics
