Learning Objectives: Upon completion of the workshop participant will:

Understand the role of Case Management Understand how Case Management contributes to success of treatment Be able to identify values and objectives of good case management Be able to conduct an assessment of needs and develop case management plan Be able to complete documentation in accordance with regulations Be able to recognize the role of supervision in case management Be able to comply with ethical guidelines for case management

Trainer:Lisa Bell, LCSW – Lisa has over 25 years’ experience working in the drug and alcohol field and has been with BPA Health for the past 2 .5 years and a total of 4.5 years with BPA Health. Lisa is a GAIN Trainer; has been a fully integrated Health, SUD, and Behavioral Health BPA Health provider; was part of the Drug Court, Mental Health Court, and Wood Court start-up teams in Eastern Idaho. Lisa is the Clinical Quality Coordinator for Regions 5 & 6.
