Braised Bamboo ShootsIngredients A :450g cooked or canned bamboo shoots , 6 sections green onions (3cm long)Ingredients B : tsp salt, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp waterMethod :1. Chop bamboo shoots in pieces, set aside.2. Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry bamboo shoots until golden brown, move qside.3. Add green onion and stir-fry until fragrant. 4. Add ingredient B and return bamboo shoots to center of wok.5. Cover and simmer until liquid is almost absorbed. Serve.
