Braised chicken and onionsSeafood and Crab Soup Ingredients : Chicken legs or ½ chicken, 225g Sauce : 3 tbsp soya sauce, ½ tsp sugar, 2 tbsp cooking wine, 1 cup water Method : 1. Cut chicken in pieces and shred onions, set aside. 2. Heat 3 Tbsp oil and stir-fry onions until fragrant. 3. Add chicken pieces and stir-fry briefly. 4. Add sauce and bring to boil. 5. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 30 minutes until liquid is almost absorbed and chicken if done, serve.
