Braised chicken and onionsSeafood and Crab SoupIngredients : Chicken legs or chicken, 225g Sauce :3 tbsp soya sauce, tsp sugar, 2 tbsp cooking wine, 1 cup waterMethod :1. Cut chicken in pieces and shred onions, set aside.2. Heat 3 Tbsp oil and stir-fry onions until fragrant.3. Add chicken pieces and stir-fry briefly. 4. Add sauce and bring to boil.5. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 30 minutes until liquid is almost absorbed and chicken if done, serve.
