New Year Campaign (English 2015) [January, 2015] New Year Pack of Navy was launched with communications in the field. 30K Display Unit provided with LEP. The New Year Navy match was intended also but for longer production time of AMFL the match will be completed by February’15.  3. Retail Calendar [January, 2015]  Approx. 6 lac Retail Calendar was disseminated through-out the national market in the theme of Navy, Briton, and Sheikh. (January 2 nd  week, 2015) 4. Navy HoReCa [January, 2015   February, 2015] i. In January, 2015 Route HoReCa was executed for the brand.  Venue HoReCa is to be executed in February’15. ii.  A model HoReCa for Navy was videoed and disseminated to the field so that all can have proper guideline to execute Navy HoReCa. iii. Navy branded Key Ring was designed and 70K key rings are ordered to be disseminated among the consumers in HoReCa and consumer contact which already started from  January, 2015 (Route HoReCa). Already 60K received and 45K was already distributed.  The balance quantit y will be completed b y February 04, 2015. iv. Navy Brand Tale is modified and redesigned to be disseminated from February’15. 5. New Year Campaign (Bangla 2015) [February, 2015] Offshore agencies were briefed on the tour and already estimate received. Upon finalization of the estimate by this week, the LEP can be done in GERMAN cylinder. NAVY (Line extension- Navy Blue) -  All communicatio ns (printed t o audio-video) are ready for th e launch. - Stick dye is already attempted 5 times. Upon confirmation of the stick dye, Navy Blue can be launched in 3 weeks’ time. Gold ink problem in APPL. NAVY (Line extension- Ice Fresh, Slim) - 1 st  round Mock-ups completed by AMCOR. - In 2 weeks’ time, 2 nd  round Mock-Ups will be ready. - Finalized Pack design can be done by End- February’15.

    SHEIKH

    - Pack design is sent for proofing. (Landor pack design adaptation in January, 2015)

    - Intended to be launched in March, 2015 as LEP.

    - Also a New AV concept is briefed to the agency to accompany the pack.

    BRITON - Pack design is modified and sent for proofing, after the Market experience.

    - Swift silicone in Singapore, is provided with the blanks for embossing confirmation and explore the scopes of techniques to make the pack premium.

    - Kiosks & Umbrella were distributed at Farmers Program regarding BRITON message dissemination.

    - 300 pcs of BRITON polo-shirt produced and delivered for farmers program & Dhaka Area BSPs.

    - 22,000 t-shirts were already distributed and another 10,000 will be done and distributed by 7-8 February 2015. Total quantity 50K.

    - 80,500 Branded lighter were produced and distributed.

    - 3rd Phase launch communication materials printing completed for February, 2015. 3rd phase launch is in 15 territories.

    K-2

    - Market visit by Head of Brand and G.M. Sales & Trade Marketing and TG analysis.

    - Upon the experience of the market visit, offshore agencies are briefed of K-2 Revive project.

    SALES DOCUDRAMA

    - SR Docudrama script correction and modification done.

    - Except H/O shooting part all other video has been shot.

    - Complete docudrama will be ready by February 2015

    BSP ACTIVATION

    3rd party (HAMMER) BSP Pilot project was initiated in November15

    Primarily 100 BSPs were deployed by 3rd party (HAMMER) for BRITON to realize the changes

    - BSP profile upgraded

    - Attendance improved to around 95% which was previously near to 80%

    - BSP fall out was decreased

    From January 2015, 3rd Party BSP program was deployed to a single Area (Dhaka Central-2) with

    multiple brands to observe the Area Basis Sales Impact. In extension of regular BSP activities, 3rd

    party is involved in

    - Weekly Training for BSPs and Supervisors by Hammer

    - Route Mapping already started by Hammer

    - BRITON Sales Tracking for the Dedicated Area

    - Capturing consumer insights

    Offshore Agency New Projects

    - Navy LEP (February, 2015).

    - K-2 Evolution (March, 2015).

    - New Brand development in medium segment as per high segment (End March, 2015).

    Production Scope of Different Packs

    - Meeting with FOCKE in Singapore, venturing the production scopes with various designs of pack, inner frame and foil.

    CASTLE

    - All communication and presentation ready for the new pack; Upon Management feedback and pack production capability check, all materials will be sent for production.

    - Inner foil design has been finalized; Emboss Cylinder for foil printing is ready

    - By April 2015 Castle will be ready for production if APPL confirms.

    Other Minor Activities

    - Corporate Leaders Search (CLS) program of Dhaka Tobacco Industries was initiated. Design and communication developed and 1st execution was successfully done in Khulna

    University.

    - Retailers Meet execution in DC-02, with 30 retailers from JOSH partner and BUSINESS partner list in December, 2015. Design and communication developed and also the

    execution.

    - Design development and branding of the national meeting in January, 2015.
